    1-10 pyramid of
    1 pump, 2 pump, 3 pump= 1 rep
    *squat-lunge combo at the end of each cycle
    2nd round will look like this:
    1 pump, 2 pump, 3 pump, 1 pump, 2 pump, 3 pump =2 followed by 2 reps of squat lunge combo.
    Go until you hit 10 rounds of 1 pump, 2 pump, 3 pump and 10 squat lunge combo.
    This one gets spicy.

    Just you and the floor. No gym devices, supplements, No time wasting bullshit talks in the gym. We don’t need this modern shit.
    Simply,effective,intensive workout. After that clean food, sleep, regeneration. That’s all you need. So simply is that !
    We are anatomically and physiologically the same as hundreds of years before.

    Arts a legend man, found him when covid was full on lockdown and no boxing gym. During that time i was down and intoxicated too much, Arts workouts helped me through it. For that he is a legend, 99% of fitness youtubers are pussies compared to this dude.

    Well here i sit in the ER with need for emergency gall bladder removal surgery. This will break my burpee streak, 1,170 consecutive days of 100 burpees a day EVERY DAY. Now the streak stops after little more than 3 yrs. Looking forward to starting again, healing up, becoming a savage again

    I was going strong in the Wolf Pack for over two years consistently. Then I moved back to the states, slipped at work and fractured my elbow and threw my back out. I then regressed and ate everything I saw and gained 17lbs. Fuck that weakness, I’m back baby! This workout kicked my ass sooo good I love it! Thanks and many blessings to you Wolf.

    Ive been doing your workouts for a while to the best of my ability.Definitely have gained muscle mass & loss some weight but the mobility and strength I’ve gained in my lower back has really helped me recover from back pain from existing injuries

    Did 1-8 with 2 squats+lunges and 5 pull-ups between sets. (Perfect for beginner/interm.) Took just over 30mins and I was absolutely smóked! Think I’d die when trying it in Arts pase 😂

    Dear Iron Wolf
    I got into intense push ups and burpees late last year
    You are the biggest inspiration for me to get on this journey
    I injured my back near the end of the year and I wrote a comment to you asking for advice
    You gave me some tips and I eventually recovered, started knocking out my reps again
    I worked my way up to 100 push ups and 100 burpees
    That's huge for an average guy like me
    Now I have busted my right shoulder, and I had to stop training
    It has been slowly recovering over several weeks but I'm still feeling pain and discomfort
    I feel very demotivated and depressed that this injury has disrupted my progress
    How should we deal with shoulder injuries?
    How can we return to training safely after a shoulder injury?
    Positive note:
    Although I stopped training, I try to get in some runs here and there, and the improvement in my running is insane!!
    Its like I got me a brand new cardiovascular system!!
    I used to struggle 10k, now I'm breezing through, its just unbelievable.
    I am convinced Burpees is the one true God of all exercises 🙏

    After I hurt my back on overhead pressing I gave up the barbell and found ironwolf burpees over a year ago. I still have a spot for pull-ups at home. Add the weighted vest and I have a minimal setup. Only thing I have that’s extra is sandbags for the hinge movement or awkward carries and kettebells. More functional than deadlifts and for reps. Helps me stay nimble for rollin’ around with 3 little kids.

    question from me: what shoes do you recommend for high reps? My old Ked's fell apart after 11 years & they no longer make a men's version. Four months in Reeboks/Asics (switch every other day) and they both gone.

    Recently had surgery for a torn meniscus on Valentines day lol. No Im not cheap lol. Had the same surgery back in June of last year, but it wasn't a success, yet I continued to train. I got my 500 burpees on November 11th of last year. Yes indeed. Veterans day. Salute to the pack leader and all that serve. My time was 1 hr 8 mins. Im 55 and did it with my meniscus still torn. I continued to train up until last weeks surgery. So how did I prepare for my surgery? I did 501 burpees the day before lol and improved my time to 58 mins. Needless to say the surgery was a success, Im currently doing my PT and confident I'll be back in rep city very soon. Thanks to Iron Wolf and the entire wolf pack. Stay strong. Stay safe

    Probably a silly question Art, but when you complete your push up and down, is your forearm staying fairly vertical? It doesn’t look to move much. I struggle to keep my elbows from bending outward. Not an issue with low volume but high volume then I’m relying on an elbow brace more. Maybe I need to move my hands further down, they might be too high. Great variation here. I’m doing this today after a run ❤
