The first part is the warm up, never stretch your body cold, so mobility and dynamic movements first. The first part of the video you see me going through a series of warmups starting from upper body down to the lower body.
The workout portion is simple, 5 rounds : 12 reps of 6-count burpees and squats (do them slow), followed by a series of dynamic warmups, then 5 rounds of : 12 reps of 6-count burpee, 12 4 count flutter kicks. We throw in 30 8-count burpees and 30 8count body builders with core work in the mix.
I do your warm ups every time I do burpees and muscle up routine. My group love following your example of hard work. Their getting some fantastic results. We do your routines as a group every Thursday. Stay strong wolf pack 💪💪😊😁

Holy fuck, I'm only 6 rounds in aka 72 6counts, 36squats, 36 4count flutters and I'm already totally fucked, gasping for breath and feeling close to throwing up if I were to continue onwards. I mean I'm used to doing around 200 push ups per session, but I'm bloody out of training form rn due to exams and it's just the sheer speed at which you pump thosr burpees out.. hats off man, just gave me a whole new level of appreciation for your out of this world stamina. Great video. Will come back to this for sure and will repost when I managed to follow through start to finish with no pause. Salute from Germany 🫡
Had a close call with a pec tear a couple days ago due to not warming up. I will be doing this routine before powerlifting from now on. For those wondering it just ended up being a tight left pec that resulted in shoulder discomfort. If anyone out there is dealing with any sort of injury remember that life is long and you will be back eventually.

Hell yeah. Proposal for a video: how to train mobility in general? Shall we do Mobility before the main workout? Do you recommend only mobility workouts from time to time? If so, how often shall we do them? For how long?
