  • Fitness does not have to be complicated or expensive, actually fitness is free and when you combine full body routines with Burpees or Calisthenics and especially leg training, you will walk away fitter than the rest.

    Today my 54 year old body did it's first 100 reps with 6 count bodybuilder. Took 2 months to work up to it. Feel like a million dollars...not green and wrinkly this time. Chapeau Wolf!

      Salute to you! 47 years old here. Doing the deal, taking no prisoners, hit my 500 1-pump burpees two weeks ago. Never thought I could do it. Together we’re stronger! 🐺🤜

      @@molokaibowhunterscom They're still horrible but it's on a decreasing scale. For me, the critical point was feeling just enough benefit that you're body starts to want them. Good luck. Believe!

    Very strong, great disciline.....!! I am sure that this man will do a great job even in old age! I can't imagine that in 15 years it will be any different, at least not much different!     I usually don't comment on these videos, but I've started these workouts about 2 weeks ago. I had a somewhat solid basic fitness, but was usually winded after 10-20 burpees, seeing stars etc. Today I did 100 6-count in 18 minutes and another 80 + squat in 22 minutes (in 28°C!). I haven't sweated like that in years and I haven't felt better! There is something magical in #repcity, almost like gravity calling you to simply get down and get another rep in...

    I had to do it with 2 pumps (instead of 3 of them); forgot about the counting and kept his pace. That way I could complete the workout.

    These burpees are phenomenal. I'm hurting but feel accomplished. I don't think I paced like Art but my numbers were well into the 90's. I tend to lose count mid routine; it's that intense

    I am now down to the 31 minute mark. I thought today I would get sub 30 minutes but I rested just a bit too long on one burst and it robbed my momentum. Bad case of “higher lower” while staring at my gym boss timer and sucking wind. Without an ounce of BS or flattery. You have changed my life.

    Did it. With jumping squat and 2 lunge jumps instead.
    At about 70 reps i started thinking if i should go on. So happy i finished it
