Been watching your channel for a hot minute and love the down to earth shit. I have a 21 ZX6R and I've been slowly modding it out (exhaust, servo delete, ECU flash) so can't wait to see what you do with yours! Also I wanna get that same fender elim/taillight setup

Helpful video, thanks. Hey, does the alcohol activate adhesive that's already on the inside of the new grip? If not, I'm inclined to use the hairspray trick to ensure strong adhesion. Unlike you, I'm too inpatient to remove the existing grips by sliding them off, I'll just slice them and peel! Thanks again.
Use a LOT of rubbing alcohol. I mean make it wet! And I'm pretty sure you can use your own bar ends. Pretty sure they just screwed in. Now the R3 bar ends were a pain. Different system holding them on.
You did a good job getting the original bars ends off. I hear they can be a real pain. I'll be back with videos soon on my channel... Sold the Ninja and have a new bike on order... it's taking forever to come in.

I honestly don't think my cheapo grips had any type of adhesive. If yours have adhesive I'm sure the alcohol will help.

I've had my bike a week today, put almost 200 miles. Decided to not lower it now that I've gotten a little more comfortable on it
