I've tried different methods from RUclips without much success but yours looks quite practical, especially since you add an egg and grease your pan. Haven't seen that in any other video. I'll try this asap. Thanks

If I'm using sweet white rice flour do I need the corn starch?
Can I just make the wrap and keep without refrigerating? And if yes, how long would it last without been refrigerated?
You can for a few days to 1 week. But you need to wrap it properly to prevent it from drying out
How long does it stay cripsy
How many minutes before to remove it from the pan and how low must be the heat?
When you notice the wraps starts getting loose from the pan, you know its ready.
Everytime I use the brush method my samosas come out oily, how do I stop this pls and what's the use of the egg in the recipe pls
use little oil in paper towel and rub around pan
Is corn starch necessary
yes, to help thicken the mixture and bring the wrap together

most I use this type of pan to make the wraps
No, use the pan you have dear.
Tq for sharing. Tried it and was good. The pan must be medium heat and try to “ paint “ it continuously so as to achieve an even surface👍
