This is the best and easiest wrapper recipe and cooking method that I have found. I used two skillets: one, non-stick; the other, for the water, was stainless steel. I used a spice bottle filled with flour to sprinkle between the wrappers to prevent them from sticking together. Every wrapper made by your method came out perfect, and I was able to roll them burrito or chimichanga style without them breaking. I have yet to master the envelope technique. I have tried and tried and tried to make samosa pastry & it always failed…. This one came out PERFECTLY!!! I used my baking pan as au do not have a non stick pan, although if you grease a pan well & wait for it to cool completely then pull it off the pan very slowly, it will work.❤❤. While wrapping, some broke sha.... Can't pin point why.
Maybe cover them with a damp towel so they won’t dry out. Hope this helps

To fry with ? Olive oil has a low smoke point. So I don't think it's a good idea

The first one is not heated. D rest will obviously be in a hot pan. Just did mine and they turned out very beautiful ❤️
