    I've a question. I understand that TTI of SIB1 is 80ms. SIB1 is transmitted over 5th sub-frame and rest 3 others SIB1 are re-transmitted within the time duration of 80ms & has a gap of 10ms right? also rest of the others SIB's (2, 3, etc) periodicity is based on SIB1 right? So my query is how can we calculate the periodicity of other SIB's with respect to SIB1. I would really appreciate it if you could upload a lecture on this one as well. Moreover, First SIB1 is transmitted when Mod 8=0 and rest 3 others SIB1 are re-transmitted when Mod 2=0. What are these mod 8=0, mod 2=0? how do we calculate these things? Thanks

    I have one doubt.
    In SIB3 Already we have information about all neighbour cell information of intra,inter,inter-RAT .then why need to SIB4,SIB5,SIB6,7,8.....?

    nice explaination , but you have used "Subframe" in many places which ideally should be Frames.

    Hi,
    As you mentioned SIB is transmitting over BCCH then DL-SCH then PDSCH.
    But i have a query how PDSCH comes into picture before RRC connection and who will decode this PDSCH and for which information?

    • @lteplusplus1225
      @lteplusplus1225  4 года назад +1

      Hi Amir....PDCCH carry RNTIs like:
      SI-RNTI if PDSCH is carrying System Information.
      RA-RNTI if PDSCH is carrying Random Access related information.
      P-RNTI if PDSCH is carrying paging related information.
      C-RNTI if PDSCH is carrying real time traffic.
      So, its PDCCH which tells UE that what information is present in PDSCH whether it is related to System Information, Random Access, Paging and Real time traffic. Thats why PDCCH i spresent in each and every Subframe.

      UE decode this information

    • @zafarhusain1920
      @zafarhusain1920 4 года назад +8

      Ue decode pss,sss,rs we get pci then with the help of pci we found rs location in resource grid after finding location we get rs power with the help of rs power we decode PBCH and get MIB(DL BW, PHICH,SFN) then we decode PCFICH with the help of rs power we get CFI(1,2,3) length then we get PDCCH length then we get PDSCH it gives SIB1 info then PDCCH+PDSCH we get SIB2.

    Can you plz explain, how SIB3, SIB4, SIB5 TTI Sub frame diagram will come?

    • @lteplusplus1225
      @lteplusplus1225  4 года назад +2

      Their periodicity is present in sib1. Suppose periodicity of sib5 is rf5 (5 radio frames) then after every 50 ms sib5 will be triggered (note 1 radio frame is of 10 ms)

    How SIB is Decoded by UE?

    • @lteplusplus1225
      @lteplusplus1225  4 года назад +1

      sib1 carry the indormation of other sibs like repetetion period in terms of radio frame so ue come to know at which subrame partucular sib will come and ue decode sib easily.
