Glad to share that our channel has crossed 100 subscribers since I shared my last video. Thank you for being part of this journey.
Today, I want to share my next video on a topic that businesses often talk about, but do not necessarily translate into their actions i.e. listening to customers.
We have often seen negative customer feedback for brands on social media. If these brands had set up their own way of receiving and acting on customer feedback, then these irate customers would not have to go on social media and speak about it publicly.
However, there are many companies for whom it is critical to get feedback and optimize customer experience. This directly translates into more business for them.
In this video, I try to decode learnings from some of these companies and how you could implement the same in your business.
