Matt, turn your phone 90 degrees so it is in Landscape view. Blown rad cap, low engine oil, leaks galore... This is what I refer to as 'A horse rode hard and put away wet!'... Great video.

We used to replace those at grease monkey when I worked there. The o-ring is the same as the o-ring on the oil filter. We used to pull the o-ring off new oil filters and charge a few bucks. You do such a great job! Thank you for the content!
Hate when ppl say "can we use this for the time being" 😢 smh i walk away from so many jobs, i don't even wanna be a mechanic anymore! I have my handful of customers and stay with that. New clients get ONE chance and I'm gone! I never did it for the money; i enjoyed the work 💯
Honestly i get more fun/amusment out of seeing how poorly people maintain their vehicles than i do from the repair itself. Radiator leaking, hose disconnected under the wheel, oil leaking like a baby pissing it's diapers. WOW!!! Great video though.
Well this is my daughter car we just bought it in this shape 6 months ago. She is 16 and I’ve been fixing what I can when I can cause I work 6 days a week 12 hr night. I have 5 cars to maintain but not enough hrs todo it. Why I called Parker. He did a great job for me especially the situation we got put in not knowing the metal line was rusted that bad till it broke taking the hose off it. I appreciated him helping me out on a Sunday. I litterally had to go into work when he left.
@@kennethelliott2267 That's awesome that you called him. I've been watching his videos and he really loves to help people out. It seems you could use a leg up and by the views on the video it shows that alot of people liked the content.
See this quite often as a Nissan tech real common on the titan frontiers and armadas around that age. From experience with all the aftermarket options I’ve only had luck with the oem gasket. The aftermarket never works right. As for the coolant line their pre molded and usually glued to that pipe and usually the only sure fix is to replace the whole pipe
I changed a radiator on one of those few years back. Dealer wanted $900 I said hellllll no. Not an easy task. Alot involved. Bought a radiator from Amazon.$120...antifreeze from wal mart. Saved over $700 Suposedly you have to remove the AC condenser and dryer. I didnt do it.
Thanks for the video’s Matt appreciate them, I’m sure it’s hard being mobile, and still trying too do the RUclips as well, just know there appreciated and viewed here in southern Cali, p.s wish the vids were longer, stay grinding

Matthew I am new to you videos but I do wonder why you don’t get a deposit upfront for parts and the drive fee so that you supply the parts and that way you know you have the correct part and if the part is faulty you can hopefully go to your supplier same day for a replacement. The customers have no clue what parts they need or how to ask the auto parts store or search online. Plus new parts aren’t always good parts.
Bro, I love how you did the second part of this video and you just put his feet in the first half and his head in the second half of the thumbnail lmao
Whan buying small inexpensive stuff like that you better off going to the dealer and getting OEM parts for an extra $5 more this guy's lost he needs a new radiator too some people are so cheap
He says its been like that since we got it! What a lazy/poor car owner. The guy wants to cut and JB weld chit no wonder that car is a piece of 💩. On top of being a NISSAN
Dew to tell you the truth when a customer says put some J-B weld on it or can we just put this for now I would just pick up pack up my tools and leave I will not do a half ass job. Pay me for my time and don’t call me again 🤬
With how many miles on it? I've got a 93 Nissan hardbody pickup truck with 276,000 miles on it. Guess what? The cylinder head has never been taken off the motor.
Honestly you guys could have just used jb weld or you guys could have found someone with a welder to patch up that hardline. You could have also used some rtv on the old gasket just to get him back on his feet and not stranded for them few days. To each his own, though. 🫡
Yep.As a mobile mechanic I'm always using JB Weld, epoxy, Marvel Mystery Oil, Lucas oil stabilizer, Amsoil lifter cleaner, ATF to free the rings on an oil burner etc. The simplest solutions save a big repair...

My grandpa always told me "anything worth doing is worth doing right"
And my wife wonders why I check and work on my car so much 😂
"I dont think ima be able to get one of those"... 😂 what did my guy think he was looking at
He thought he was just gonna be able to buy Some length of generic hose and call it good.
Funny enough he couldn't lol. Had to order it

Fun fact. I did mine with the o ring from the oil filter lol same size ! Hasn’t leaked in a year
I fixed that same O,ring problem on my dads 2012 Nissan quest… it’s common in those Nissan’s

I turned into Michael Scott for a few seconds during his video... "That's what she said!" 😅
Hey man just clean and degrease it and get some JBweld. should hold till the new one
Jb weld would work great and prolly never have to replace that new one

The thumbnails on these two videos is great 😂 I’ve never seen that before
Every time I've had to replace an oil cooler block gasket it has just been the same as the oil filter. Wonder if it's the same on the Nissans.
Never a good sign when the mechanic says uh oh
The incidentals have to make your job impossible. While your there, you should do _____ x 10000
This is also common on the nissan armada, titan and some of the vans, the 350z
How do you like that scannerdanner book?
also looks like he needed a rad cap and a oil filter cooler line. Great work man keep it up
He had a nice alpine stars hat
