I had the same issue with my LeSaber I switched to the aluminum coolant elbows, took me about 40 minutes to replace, its a common issue with LeSabers and Skylarks, and some Chevy's that have the same 3800 engine. If you have a 3800 engine with the plastic tubes I recommend you change them, they will fail, its a pretty easy fix and shouldn't cost you more than $25 and it will save you from getting stuck on the side of the road with an overheating engine.

Yeah man,,train the right people to work the way you would,so that they represent you well,,and you just run around diagnosing what repairs need to be done,,and let your employees do the grunt work,,and if you cant make money off of each employee,,cut them loose,get enough employees so that you can get what you want out of life for you and your family,,and not kill yourself working and of course spend more time with your family,you are a good man,,and i would work for you,,but im not wearing a dress to work!!
