- The second spot on this show featured Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons doing the' Sherry Medley' we all know so well now but this version includes the unfortunate [and some would say disparaging] lyric in Big Girls Don't Cry' of 'shame on you you wet the bed'......I am sure he meant with 'tears'

Occasionally he would substitute the words”Wet the Bed” during live performances for levity. He literally meant “Wet the Bed” as in an “Accident”. Supposed to make you laugh. I cannot believe how you are saying this is “Unfortunate “ and “ Disparaging”. Loosen up!
Bob Gaudio asked for this to be edited/deleted from the Bachelors III concert for the Box Set and other homophobic 'joke' comments in that show.......and yes we accepted such jokes and comments back then as part of society's way. But times have changed. I am not being WOKE but I actually agree with Bob Gaudio on this which is unusual for me.
