Thank you so much for this information. It was honestly one of the best videos on this subject and you did an awesome job of explaining and providing extra tips on different materials. Please keep uploading more videos with your knowledge. This was great!

I'm always looking for different ways to make earrings. Thank you so much. Can I use it on napkins then iron it on wood earrings?

So glad it was inspirational! I would think that would work, but the thinner the material, the Heat n Bond will kind of seep through when melted. Just something to keep in mind.

Do you think a little square of this would work in the middle between two layers of bows - like for hair bows?

If you’re meaning the Heat n bond, yes, you can use it between pretty much anything like fabric/faux leather/leather etc.

Thank you! I wasn't sure if it would be strong enough for just a partial like that in only the middle of the bow. I'll give it a try!

Thanks for taking the time to video this process. I feel confident I can make cute earrings now.

Would this be good for using in a heat press? I make hats with real leather patches and I’m looking for a new heat activated adhesive?

I love your video but my leather bunches up and tears on every cut after I've doubled sided my faux leather. I can cut them fine if I only cut one layer but I was hoping to find a solution for one cut. I'm using a purple mat with a new deep cut blade with the denim bonded setting - any thoughts?

And I tape my leather down on my mat

So new update. I did another test and it worked perfectly. I'm thinking I didn't have it bonded well. Thanks for the great video!

Can you cut the separate pieces first (the one with the heat/bond and the other) and then adhere them together after the cut? Thank you!

Kerri White sure. It just takes a little more time to line them up correctly and press them without them moving.
