If using a Cricut Easy Press like I am, how would you modify this method?
@@hailish24 as long as your press gets hot enough, I don’t think you would have to modify it much. Not sure how high the timer goes on an Easy Press, but the pressing of the print would be about the same if it goes high enough. The only problem you might run into is the laminate part. It takes some pressure and I’m not sure you’d want to stand there pressing on it for that long.
Thank you 😊
Is that a turkey
@@hopek7033 yep. 😊
Wish I paid more attention to details before, but grateful for this video so going forward I won't be wasting sticker paper. Great tutorial!
Where did you get that tape dispenser from
Absolutely fantastic video - thank you! I love your design and happen to be making leather handles for a bee themed rope basket. Would you be willing to share your design? If not, I completely understand.
I'm loving Mr Turkey over there .
I also have a turkey. He's not quite this sweet. He's the best watchdog I ever had, though. I dare anyone to come in the barnyard. LOL
Great information, love your turkey body guard :)
I just found your video…. Awesome results. I’ve messed with leather before and have been wanting to try it on my maker 3. Question I had though was how did you get it to do 4 cuts? Did you “layer” 4 different shapes together?
thanks for sharing. great idead to press the whole sheet at once
That turkey makes me nervous, lol 😂
I'm always looking for different ways to make earrings. Thank you so much. Can I use it on napkins then iron it on wood earrings?
So glad it was inspirational! I would think that would work, but the thinner the material, the Heat n Bond will kind of seep through when melted. Just something to keep in mind.
Great work!
Hi, could we just put a couple of extra sheets of paper to raise it a little? Just a thought x thanks
Do you think a little square of this would work in the middle between two layers of bows - like for hair bows?
If you’re meaning the Heat n bond, yes, you can use it between pretty much anything like fabric/faux leather/leather etc.
Thank you! I wasn't sure if it would be strong enough for just a partial like that in only the middle of the bow. I'll give it a try!
Do you add the hangar back on before you put the marine on? How do they hang?
I mean the maribu
The marabou doesn’t cover the hanging loop. I used to put the hat over the loop and cut a slit in the hat for the hook, but now I just put the hat off to the side not over the loop.
Please put a picture up of the finished product, with hangar. I am making thes3 for
Please put up a photo of the finished product, including the hangar. I am making these for my 6 grandchildren and I want them to look professional. No guesswork for me.
Where did u get the stickers at
It’s adhesive vinyl that I cut on my Cricut.
oooh! love Rico Suave!!!look at the husband 😂😂😂
Great vedio.I haven’t done sub on tile but I have on glass plates from dollar tree . I’m going to try these next. I really like the yellow one. Very nice job on all of the.
The glass and ceramic is so fun! Thanks so much!
How did you put hair on and hats? Your video just stops after glittering !
You just glue them on, I use hot glue.
This is the best
Thank you! ❤
Thanks so much for taking the time to do this video. Cutting the corners, whoda thunk it?? Fantastic idea that fixed my problem!
I’m so glad it helped your process!
RICO SUAVE!!!!!😂😂😂😂
Thank you so much for making sense out of engraving leather with a cricut!
You’re very welcome!
Tom Turkey, superviser patrols his domain. I can't decide if he wants to show off his magnificant poof, or just wants attention. Ah, I see, both.
Great tutorial. Question - Why wouldn't you put the resist on first before all the engraving and embossing? That way, the resist only protects the original surface areas and not the engraved/embossed areas allowing for the dye to only go into those areas?
Hi and thank you. Because when the seal of the resist is broken, it will allow the stain to bleed into the leather in areas you don’t want. Resist is always added after “tooling”. Thanks for watching!
Thank you for this video. It's the only one I could find with a perfect explanation about how Bleed works, and what problems you can run into. I haven't got a Cricut yet, but I like to be well prepared. :) I assumed that the Cricut software always needed a solid, flattened image to work with, but apparently it's possible to use files with multiple layers as well? Is there a purpose for using those?
So glad it helped. If you’re designing right in Design Space, you’ll have individual layers that all need to be flattened prior to printing and cutting. You can also upload multi layered SVGs that are strictly uploaded as cut files, but then add your solid shape behind and flatten all. Hope that explained your question.
@@FullHouseFancies That does answer my question, thank you! I had no idea that the Cricut software also allowed designing, but that does make sense, especially with a name like Design Space! lol
@@TheBushdoctor68 lol very true.
Hello, Are you still doing Tshirts? I noticed this is from 2 years ago.
Yep, I am!
Thanks for keeping it simple and well directed!

The turkey lol. Best video ever
i just love the turkey!
Do u just print out a pic on regular paper?
It’s a sublimation print…using sublimation ink and sublimation paper.
This is a great video! Really great directions and tips. I love the turkey!

I Love Love Love your Turkey!!! Great video
Thank you so much! Haha he’s great, but so ornery sometimes. 😊
This was a great tutorial. Very detailed. Thank you. Exactly what I was looking for
I’m so glad to hear that, thank you! And you’re very welcome! 😊
Thank you. 😊
are you putting ithe tile on the dull or shiny side
Dull side, so the inside, of the laminating film.
Your ornaments came out so nice. I made the fish bowl grinch with the fine glitter when I added the lights inside the started coming off. I redid them with the thicker glitter and it worked. Your thought about the glitter? Thanks Antonietta
Where do you get stencils?
I make and sell all of my own stencils. I make them with 7.5mil Mylar.
Where are the hats from? Love your project! I am going to make these for my Xmas tree this year!
Thank you! They’re from Hobby Lobby.
Could you tell me where you purchased the Santa's hats and what size are they thank you and what size are the bulbs
The hats and ornaments are from Hobby Lobby. They’re 2.5”.
I would have loved to see the finished product. I ordered everything online and I can't wait to get it but I'm just not sure how you're putting the hat on but I guess I'll figure it out is there anywhere on the internet that you have your finished product Etsy Etc
