Tornado 60163 passing through Welwyn Garden City 12/4/2014.

Tornado 60163 passing through Welwyn Garden City 12/4/2014, slowing down to be held at signals where the line narrows to two track to cross Digswell Viaduct. It was held for nearly 30 minutes so I was able to drive to the Viaduct and video it crossing.
It has been said that Queen Victoria would not travel over the Viaduct so she would alight at Hatfield (Welwyn Garden City wasn't built) and travel by horse and carriage to Welwyn North where she would rejoin the train.
