  • The plaintiff took a walk in her neighborhood when the defendant's dog bit her. The plaintiff had to get a shot and medication, so she's suing for medical costs. The defendant believes her dog just barked at the plaintiff. Her Yorkie would never bite anyone.

@@latashadjefferson5465 I disagree. I think she made it up to smear the plaintiff, because she knows how JM feels about stuff like that.
Funny that she had no cell phone recording of that, and funny that the nurse wouldn't back her up as a witness, because she was there.
But you believe her 100%. Ok.
"She wouldn't show me her leg!" She left out the fact that when she demanded to see the wound the plaintiff was in a big truck that was hard for her to climb in and out of, especially with a bad knee and a dog bite. Her husband most likely helped her into the truck, and the defendant demands they get her back out and then put her back in, regardless of the phone pic that showed date and time.
She had zero moral high ground to be unreasonable and demanding, but you see nothing wrong with that.
When she failed at making the plaintiff look like a racist, then failed at making the plaintiff look like a faker, she tried to make excuses for her actions by trying the sad sympathy story.
(Edit: "I believe she did say that racial slur about 'not speaking English' Karen's like her are good for it."
Why would you automatically label the victim a Karen and a liar, while believing the one who was clearly at fault for the whole thing but tried every way she could think of to weasel out of it, including making up nasty lies to smear the plaintiff's character? Why is that?)

Adverse possession still has its usefulness. I remember a group of hippies bought some forest in 1969, but refused to pay land taxes and maintenance costs for 20+ years except for one of the shareholders. Eventually he decided to move on with his life but his "partners" refused to pay him for his share and couldn't agree what to do with the land.
He went to court and could prove that he was the only one who had been paying annual taxes on the land, was the only one maintaining fences and buildings, and was paying for everything out of his own pocket. The court awarded adverse possession and he was able to sell the property and move on to the next stage of his life. Most people considered it to be the only just solution possible. I agree.

JM Low Ball the plaintiff, the dog was off the leash, she had to get a tetanus shot. The defendant used the nurse who don't speak English as a pawn! When the defendant left and came back with the picture to get address information why was the nurse still around? That would of frustrated me 2! And the defendant lied about the dog having shots! The plaintiff is a elderly lady were it takes her body longer to heal, and pain! Who was minding her business going for a walk which is her right. Who was inconvenienced to have to go to hospital and get a painful shot because the defendant and her employee the nurse not paying attention to there pet? JM Low Ball the plaintiff. The defendant literally called the plaintiff a liar about the bite not taken responsibility for her pet!!! JM in my 1st amendment right opinion was biased looking out for the defendant and In my opinion JM took offense to the plaintiff making a comment about the nurse not speaking English, that's why JM asked the plaintiff did she speak on the nurse not speaking English? which is not a relevant. What is relevant that the defendant dog off lease, plaintiff got bit, had to go to hospital, had to get a tetanus shot, and the defendant lied about her dog having shots. JM is a Arrangant unfair Judge in my 1st amendment right opinion!! She be Low Balling, and she think cause she a judge she can speak to people in a disrespectful manner! As a judge she took a oath not to be bias but to uphold the Law. In my 1st amendment right opinion. I watch JM handle her cases and I cringe on the way she speaks to people! Her rulings, and the simple fact that she want to be respected cause she's a judge but show know respect! In my 1st amendment right opinion.

We are the only country that doesn't have its own actual language. And it's stupid, so I don't disagree with the plaintiff. That americans should speak English as a primary!

If you live in America, you SHOULD speak English. And if your negligence causes an injury, that person has every right to say that due to frustration. If i had to learn English, then so do you. Dont like it? Move.
