It is a double special attack. After Caesar uses her special attack, she enters the “guard stance”, press skill again and she’ll do her heavy thrust attack provided you have energy to do so. You guys just have to wait for the guard animation, and not spam the skill, it’s just like Billy’s crouching shot.

i got a second stun s rank w engine on standart thats a sign i give one to caesar even if she is not stun she profit much from that impact stat its much more than a f2p defence engine
