Ok, a rather fun thought here … the Victoria Housekeeping Company might have a Void Hunter within the faction. Victoria might even be the name of this Void Hunter (I’m saying might, because the name Victoria means “victory” so Victoria Housekeeping might not be named after an individual, but rather just a clever naming sense.) Lycaon isn’t the manager of the Company, but rather a substantive leader, someone who communicates with the group to deliver more insight into the situation. He’s the representative who is responsible for managing the members of the company. There’s also that one scene at the end of the current main story quests, where we see Lycaon and Rina discussing about our discovery of the Sacrifice, and how “Master” doesn’t see it as a problem since it’s rather likely that we’ll be working together. So yes, there is a fifth member of the Victoria Housekeeping Company, the Manager of the Company. I believe this Manager is a Void Hunter. My reason for thinking so is due to Victoria Housekeeping’s reputation. Usually accepting contracts with the elites of New Eridu, to the extent that it’s common knowledge for them concerning military technology! There is definitely someone in this Faction that has some powerful connections, and it isn’t the four members that we’ve already met with.
It is certainly possible, the master that lycaon reports to seems to know a great deal about the sacrifice monster, is likely very connected to the wealthy elite of the city and in my mind is probably a neutral party in all of this so it might be that this individual is someone powerful and influetial enough to be a void hunter. That said given void hunters are directly recognized by the mayor I feel the victoria housekeeping master wishes to be more in the shadows but I could be wrong tho 😁
With that theory, I wonder.. what if each Void Hunter is associated with each faction? Swordmaster being associated with.. Cunning Hares (idk, being an ancestor of Miyabi.. I'm thinking maybe she's a Thiren - Cunning Hares tends to recruit Thirens for some reason) Lady Sunbringer (idk, possibly associated with Belobog Industries due to the creation of Bangboos?) Joyous is possibly associated with Obol Squad? (Makes sense when he is said to be in-charge of navigation, scouting the area and investigation, etc.) Vike (gives off Sons of Calydon vibes) Dan (maybe this "manager" you said could be this guy?) Pink haired girl associated with idol squad? (Idk, she just looks surprisingly fitting) Professor associated with the siblings (Phaethon is the son of a Greek god called Helios) Miyabi being a Section 6 member
I always thought the actual master of Victoria Housekeeping would have been a T.O.P.S member who happens to work against T.O.P.S., but I'd be down for your theory, you never know it might be a aged oldy void hunter in retirement who works as a spy master, smt that would fit Joyous.

She also was in Mei's school in Japan after spending her whole life with no formal education, and spending probably less than a year having known Japanese. Her idiocy most of the time is likely a combination of being a teenager and not caring. She even managed to pilot a mech immediately, which (according to Bronya) requires years of training.
Coming back to this video after 1.4 I gotta say theres a lot we now know and dont know. With the release of Miyabi we know that MOST of the Void Hunter Badges are not awarded to anyone anymore meaning Miyabi is one of only at most 3 Void Hunters currently active. Another big point of issue is the timeline as its stated that Hollow Zero appeared 15 years ago yet at the same time most of the characters lore both supports and refutes this as from what I could find all playable characters are between 16 and 36 years old. Where the issue here arises is that Koleda is 16 and Miyabi, Belle, and Wise are 24 meaning that 1 y/o Koleda was walking and talking the night of and well before her dad disappeared into the hollow to seal the sacrifice AND both Belle and Wise were college students while Miyabi was just a mere 9 y/o when she was forced to use her mother as a sacrifce to unlock Tailless and escape a hollow as we saw in her trailer. Not to mention that you can look into the stories of other charcters and find discrepancies galore not to mention the trailer for the Void Hunters themselves as a era is typically SEVERAL HUNDRED MILLION YEARS though when talking about topics like civilizations, sport, and history its can be as little as a few years its meant to imply that a very long time has passed since Eridu fell to the hollows and it would have to be way longer than 15 years for the 3rd generation head of the Hoshimi clan to have been alive since Miyabi seems to be at least the 6th or 7th generation though not confirmed meaning thats at least 50 to 60 years since the Sword Master served as a Void Hunter. Hoyo really needs to figure out this lore fast.
One thing that could make the timeline a lot clearer is if the void hunters doesn't all come from the same era joyous and arche probably is since one of them are a founder of a very prestigious academy and the other is a progenitor of a common practice in present era but sunbringer definitely come after arche because the technology bangboos she created is based on Helios academy research of ancient technology i say this because qingyi by her own word is just a big bangboo atleast mechanically and she is from ancient time not sunbringer's own creation what will clear a lot of this is if hoshimi sachirou (miyabi's dad) tells us what number of family head he is. Also It doesn't matter if they are dead there's 13 character from hi3rd who are canonically dead but still playable
after 1.4 i could see wise and belle being alive in the hollows for a long time and decades could have passed since the incident. maybe thats why they are such good proxies because they lived in the hollows for a very long time and know their way around. im not sure where the story is going from here but there is obviously a plan.
The name Hollow Zero is a bit misleading. It's not the first Hollow ever on the planet not at all. We know this because New Eridu is the Last city on the planet which tells me the Black Wall is the edge of the combined Hollow that swalloued the planet. Hollow Zero is a presumably man made hollow disaster presumably form a cult that spawned the 6 prime hollows and the companion hollows off the prime hollows.
I hope all the void hunters are evenntually playable, I mean Miyabi is super fun for me right now. Whether I have the resources to get them all, thats another question entirely 😂

I think the bangboos were used to explore a foreign domain discovered using Space age tech like the starlight engine, the ether may have first possessed a bangboo and saw Eridu through the eyes of the person who had invented the bangboo and was using it.
I think im game they were said to have been used for evacuation but I wont be surprised if there were more to them, i mean it seems like the history of new eridu has shrouded in mystery at this point

Perhaps the ether is conscious or has a master, or can be manipulated like the leylines in Genshin. That would mean that the ether is purposefully spreading and that’s why eliminating ethereals makes the hollows smaller. Maybe all the ethereals are ONE mind manifesting through each and every ethereal.. think of Dormamu from Dr Strange, how he IS reality itself in the Dark Domain. In the Dark Domain, Dormamu is reality itself, he is the domain. I believe it’s the same with the Hollows, I think Ether is a conscious thing and not just a ‘phenomenon’

In the trailer where the void hunters are introduced its mentioned that the swordmaster is a third-generation head of the hoshimi family and in her hoyolab introduction its mentioned that she is a successor of a renowned martial art family, so not explicitly mentioned but implied they are from the same family As for miyabi being a void hunter, after the hollow zero introduction events, when we are talking to our sibling I think they mention her being a void hunter 😁

Have someone payed attention that Swardmaster and Joyous silhouet has Red color while Sunbringer and the Mercenary group have Blue color. I would guest that Swordmaster and Joyouse are dead but others are alive and Prof is stil missing. But maybe they are all dead because when they where gathered together, their Silhouete was al painted red.
3:11 swordmaster IS Miyabi. + according to new lore (1.4) she's the best swordmaster born to Hoshimi family ever, previous cursed sword users were overrelying on a cursed artifact's powers. Miyabi on other hand achived a rank of Void Hunter without using curse's power up (according to her during story missions: the last time she unleashed cursed power was back in the past when she aquired the sword).
She is not lol, Miyabi got title by killing Lerna the Argos Hollow while Swordmaster gain her title by killing Exalted Overseer. Also bit of spoiler when the Sword made deal with Miyabi they said "you are the second arrogant person i know" peobably hinting the Swordmaster

I think the Dark Wall is what surrounds the whole area of Eridu and Outer Lands etc. It got close and was pushed back by the mercenaries

Have someone payed attention that Swardmaster and Joyous silhouet has Red color while Sunbringer and the Mercenary group have Blue color. I would guest that Swordmaster and Joyouse are dead but others are alive and Prof is stil missing. But maybe they are all dead because when they where gathered together, their Silhouete was al painted red.
Idk, with the way Sunbringer and Joyous are described, they sound like they’re squad 0 level of powerful, referencing Bleach.

3:11 swordmaster IS Miyabi. + according to new lore (1.4) she's the best swordmaster born to Hoshimi family ever, previous cursed sword users were overrelying on a cursed artifact's powers. Miyabi on other hand achived a rank of Void Hunter without using curse's power up (according to her during story missions: the last time she unleashed cursed power was back in the past when she aquired the sword).
She is not lol, Miyabi got title by killing Lerna the Argos Hollow while Swordmaster gain her title by killing Exalted Overseer. Also bit of spoiler when the Sword made deal with Miyabi they said "you are the second arrogant person i know" peobably hinting the Swordmaster
@@RifukiRyu yeah my bad. Finished the story, Miyabi's father is the head of Hoshima family right now. So Miyabi cant be "the Swordmaster" (3rd head of Hoshima family). Well but I dont get it, what's the point of calling someone Swordmaster if they were more of a Jujutsu Sorcerer/Exorcist? ...I guess Hoshima family hide the fact that their power was coming from a curse very well, otherwise "the Swordmaster" would have been known as Onmyoji (even better fitting name).

The story is kind of confusing. Why would the father tell us that only the head of the family is qualified to use Tailles, I mean Miyabi is not the head or is she (maybe she's the head of the family after all)?

Previous users of Tailles were not extreamly gifted swordmasters -> title of "the swordmaster" 3:11 is the result of concealing the truth (It's the same as calling someone using steroids the "strongest man". + Would you call someone using a tank a gifted gunslinger?). Hexblade (DnD Warlock subclass, If you dont like JJK analogy) would fit 3rd head of Hoshimi Family better.
