Thank you! Your last video on your mordheim group looks great! I really like the look of the ogre. I’ve been eyeing up the landsknecht ogres from wargames atlantic to use with my empire force
I bought a bunch of dwarves from Highland a couple of years ago. Now I have to go look at this line. Great looking paint job. Love the new work space. I really want to do some ACW myself. Just need to find some minis to print.
@@JeffHartman I have both the union and CSA and from what if seen/printed they’re great! I think their scale is a little small if you compare it to the Perry plastics so I’ve tried printing at 105% and find it a better match. I believe they have an artillery kickstarter coming out next year.
@@KingMATTtheSuperior Thanks for all the help. I have been wanting to get into the ACW for years but I am a big chicken. I don't know anybody who wargames this period. All I can find around here is 40K which I have little interest in. Since I probably won't ever be playing, I am more interested in doing it to learn and I love painted minis. I have always loved the look of a table top full of painted minis. I hope you don't mind me picking your brain from time to time.
Nice work! Am looking into this as well and am not sure what the perfect scale is. I do not have a 3d printer myself so gonna order the minis printed from the studio. 32mm seems just a tad too big, while 28 a bit too small. Have you found the sweet spot as in regards to GWs minis? Also, have you looked into or compared to other ”good” empire proxies like the ones fron warlord och wargame atlantic? Many thanks
Hello! Thankyou. The files come in 32mm So I’ve been printing these miniatures at 88% as I’ve been told that’s a good match for GW sculpts but I haven’t got any GW sculpts to compare them with. I haven’t tried any other companies sculpts sorry. Hope that helps
@herrJuel yes I agree that’s why I stick with 88%. I’ve printed some tomb-king proxies as-well from highland miniatures and I’ve stuck with 88% for them aswell.
I was wondering that as well. Looks like most people say warhammer fantasy is at 28mm but some have said the 32mm fit better with actual GW models.... Hmmmm
looking good brother! The empire coalition is a great idea
Thanks bro! Looking forward to getting them on the table
Will look forward to seeing this project progress, looking great so far.
Thanks mate!
Very cool! Looking forward to more content from you bud, keep it up 👍
Thanks thiro! You’re the best
Nice update and minis. I am pretty much exclusively doing WHFB painting and gaming now. Interested to see more!

Very cool looking miniatures matt
Thank you!
These look Amazing Matt! Looking forward in seeing this project progress! Beautiful work!
Thank you! They are a joy to paint, such good sculpts from highland miniatures. I just need to figure out the basing for them
Looking great mate. Really nice to see you get some fantasy in. Looking forward to updates 👍
Thanks Jonny! Something I’ve wanted to do for a while and with the old world on the horizon (far far horizon) it’s given me something to work towards.
@@KingMATTtheSuperior well im looking forward to the updates
Very nice Matt they look great. Looking forward to seeing them finished 🥃🥃👍🏻
Thanks Todd 👍
Those are awesome looking! I don't know that I could paint those little guys that well.
Thank you!
Empire miniatures look sweet. Love to see the undead amry when you get them. Take care Matt
Thanks bud! Hope you’re doing well?

Thank you Jeff! Highlands range is really growing now! Have you looked at studio historias range for the ACW?
I have not. Sounds like I need to give them a look.
Well I looked. Darn you. I'm about to drop $150 on all there stl files for ACW.

These look great, Matt! It's peaked my interest in WFB-esque prints. They've got that nice 6th/7th ed. vibe.
Thanks! Yeah reckon they have a certain GW feel to them.
Good to see you have got into the loft as your hobby space. Still have not received anything for the ACW. Gamers grass make very good materials.
Thank you Leslie
What scale? Ive been looking at these to purchase but idk what scale to order. Can get them in 28 or 32mm
These are what I’ve printed myself and I’ve tried to match them to 28mm

@@KingMATTtheSuperior thank you very much for you fast anwer! This confirmes my speculation. 88-90% it is
@herrJuel I’ve heard a lot of people go between 88-92%
@@KingMATTtheSuperior a 4 % discrepancy. the perfectionist in me is still concerned
@herrJuel yes I agree that’s why I stick with 88%. I’ve printed some tomb-king proxies as-well from highland miniatures and I’ve stuck with 88% for them aswell.
Such amazing models. Is it difficult to print them this nicely?
I’ve been lucky with it that I’ve never really had much trouble with it. It’s just getting your head around it which takes time :)
I was wondering that as well. Looks like most people say warhammer fantasy is at 28mm but some have said the 32mm fit better with actual GW models.... Hmmmm
Yeah it’s tricky to know what scale to go with.
