I don't have a beard lol. But I have been following you for years and your hair advice has my hair down my back and Its healthy and thick even though I very regularly go back in forth between curly and heat styles. This was such a relaxing video, thank you! Side note: I struggled with severe skin conditions like the one on your hands, and nothing worked until I tried the Carnivore Diet. There’s a RUclipsr called Steak and Butter Gal who had similar issues-she dealt with rashes, acne, and skin problems even after going vegan. She's mentioned multiple times with photo evidence that she would wake up bleeding from scratching at her skin all night, it was that bad. When she switched to eating meat, eggs, butter, and a little raw dairy, her skin completely cleared up. She’s known for her glowing "glass skin," despite eating lots of meat and butter daily, thats How I found her because I wanted clear skin. I had been eating "healthy" foods and tracking calories for years but was always hungry, tired, and still dealing with rashes, eczema, headaches, and weight gain. Since starting Carnivore, my hair has grown longer and much faster, my skin is clear, and my rashes have mostly disappeared-what used to cover my body is now just a small patch on my hip. I originally planned to try it for 90 days but felt so good that I’ve stuck with it for almost a year. This diet is high in fat (animal fats, not seed oils), which helps with brain function and energy levels, the brain is literally made of fat. I used to have brain fog and negative thoughts, but they’re gone now. Eating protein and animal fats also naturally leads to fat loss because it takes more energy to digest than carbs or sugars. Unless you are super active, carbs and sugar straight up spike insulin and cause fat storage. I'm currently a personal trainer in the LA Cali area, I get clients all the time talking about "I want a booty/curves and a small waist like you" but these same clients are living off wine, diet coke, coffee, a piece of chocolate, kale, and ginger shots. Struggling with low energy and poor health (confirmed with blood work provided by the client or their doctor), often due to under-eating or unbalanced vegan/high carb diets. Many have issues like hair loss, acne, and weak endurance. When they switch to a meat-based diet, they see dramatic improvements in energy, strength, and overall health. Issues and pain they've had for years, gone. This diet isn’t about selling anything-it’s a free and simple change that works. I won't even agree to train them unless they do 30 days of a proper diet, You not finna have me stressed out because you keep fainting and passing out trying to lift 5lbs lol. I'm a gamer as well, I bought a walking pad so I could play games and watch anime while burning calories. By the time Im done creating a Sim, or fighting a boss, Im well over 10k steps. This is all I did for a couple months because I really wanted to know if eating just meat and butter would help me lose weight and preserve my muscle. Aaaaaand, It worked. For the first time of my life I can EAT, but I stay slim and thicc in all the right places, I don't even bloat anymore. My sister got engaged in June, and she was a big girl - big enough for me to have a conversation with her about it because our own mother passed away from diabetes at the young age of 32. She couldn't give up her taco salad, lettuce wraps and 0 Cal Sprite, but she has been about 85% high fat carnivore since June and she's lost 3 dress sizes - without working out. We both wear waist beads, and the ones she started with are damn near falling off. Her Fiancé has struggled with lupus all her life, and simply eating the food my sister makes, her lupus flair ups are WAY less frequent, which has made her much more pleasant to be around. I'm not a doctor or anything... but I can't help but notice that everyone is sick now, everyone got anxiety, and more and more people struggle just to be a normal size. Food is thy medicine and medicine is thy food, if you eat and feel like crap, get bloated, tired, get a headache, break out or get a rash. Your body is literally trying to tell you "what you just ate, is not for us". Im sorry if this is random, but I thought I'd share because I've been watching you for years and you always mention the issues with your hands. If you have a chance I would look into it, and make sure you read the comments, its hard to listen to a chick that you don't relate too, but there are a lot of men and women, even doctors, talking about the benefits.
