Toto one piece toilet special install

The installation distance of my toilet toilet is not a regular 12inch but a 10inch. Can I install this toilet?

Thanks for your question, l ran into this a few months ago. Yes you can install the tiolet, you need to get a 10" collar to do it. 12" comes with the tiolet. Check the instructions/search the model you have for the SKU for the 10" collar.

Sorry l am not understanding, 12" comes with the toilet as stock. Unless you didnt get the collar?

I strongly dislike Toto and their mounting systems. I like kohler
