Toto's are great and they don't put any repetitive stress on the flange during the lifespan like traditional style mounts can. I have two in my home that have worked flawlessly for a decade, so I am installing another. Thanks for providing time saving drill bit, wrench size and rough-in measurement advice.
The nearly impossible part is lifting the 100 lb monster and aligning the toilet to the rough in, this video at 7:34 makes it look so easy but mine doesn't even have any view of the black plastic, wasted 2 hours and my back hurt and still not aligning. Any clever idea?
Hi, I bought a beautiful Toto toilet that has a rough-in of 12". My restroom's rough-in is 8". How do I install this Toto toilet? Is there a converter pipe that I can purchase somewhere?
Forgot to install his Wax-Ring. Be sure to remember to always install that. because if you don't you will have possible leaks or a nasty smell from the sewage.
I need a video to fix a leak from the tank to the bowl in a TOTO CST416M#01 Aquia II 2-Piece Toilet. Please help my water service increase a lot!! I don't know how to fix it and many plumbers don't know either.
GoodMedia Productions You should try and contact Support to diagnose your problem. www.totousa.com/toto-customer-support Two things that might be happening: - It might be using the older style tank mounting hardware with the cup style steel washers and thin rubber washers. The newer type (from a few years ago) has thicker rubber washers to prevent it from bottoming out. - Flush valve silicone seal gasket might be getting some bubbling effect. If so, try the prototype version gray color Aquia 2pc flush tower gasket seal.

Pls show crushing the wax ring
Hey, I’m confused. Doesn’t the wax ring get installed where the toilet hole to the sewer is?

Question. Does the toilet seal need to be wax? Can a waxless application be used? Thank you.
