    Thank you for your videos. A loved one just had a severe stroke less than two weeks ago and your series is providing some great perspective on what the potential rehabilitation process could look like. Appreciate you sharing your journey and hope for you continuing joy into the next year & more!

    When I realized I was having a stroke and got into the hospital, I began to alternate things. I would say stating them in English than other languages just to try and keep my brain in motion as things were developing. That seemed to help quite a bit in preventing things from going for more badly in the cognitive area than the otherwise would have.

    I think you’ve done exceptionally well in your recovery. May it long continue.
    How have you prevented this happening again?
    Have you had specific medications?

      Thank you very much. I have made progress, as the series of videos points out, mostly through effort and eating a good diet of natural unprocessed foods etc. I plan a recap video. Watch for it.

    My dad just had a stroke and watching your video at his bed side. Not sure of the outcome and praying for the best

    My dad just had an hemorrhagic stroke 10 days ago he is at the hospital unable to pass foods at least solids not yet but he can do water and broth also his right side is paralyzed but seeing your videos I’m optimistic that he will get better with therapy and rehab . He seens to recognize us and like he understands most of what we say to him but he is unable to speak yet .

    Could you understand everything everyone told you ? And did you understand eat had happened to you ? Do you remember everything the same ? Childhood memories family etc

      With time, several years not months, it all comes back as you put the brain back together:at least, that was my experience.

      They are very slowly coming back. I have recovered maybe 80 percent of my memories?
