It’s a crying shame we have to show folks how to clean and eat fish. Jug fishing has always been my favorite. Used to go up river and put out a 100 and float with em all night long. Nothing like a cool night and bringing home all you can clean. Love your videos, keep ‘em coming.
What a great video! I I watched with tears running down my face! I'm 75 and my fishing partner is 80, and last year he had some health problems and is now in a nursing home! We fished Lake Oconee or Lake Sinclair her in Ga. once a week, and we fished noodle's a lot for catfish a lot! Alot of special moments and memories! Our PB was a 35.5ilb blue cat, and I think that was our las catfishing trip together! God bless ya'll and cherish your friends!
Thank you for watching!!! Glad we could at least bring back good memories for ya. I just hope I can fish till I'm 80, but I'll take what the Good Lord gives us!! God Bless
I’ll tell you what a old timer told me. Just small Chanel chats your catching if they horn you, he said rub the part on your hand on its belly and it won’t bother you at all! I have done it a bunch and never had a sore afterwards! Just a thought for you and the way you love the old way like i do living off the land it’s great to hear there way of life and how they have survived off the land and how times have changed from horses to cars. Wood boats to the technology that we have today. God is with us every second of our lives
I've heard that before on the catfish, but never tried it. I don't get finned too much, but have a few times. I'ma try to remember that. Lot of wise words in this comment, thanks for sharing!! God Bless
Ordered a shirt last wk and already received it. I can't wait to represent it on the lake. Love the channel your channel represents the things I love to do. I use windshield washer fluid jugs for my jug fishing best way to catch alot of fish for fish fry's. We cant use the nets in my state. Would love to try it some time.
Thanks for supporting the channel. I've used some jugs before, but I really like the ease and compact way these noodles fish. We fished them again Saturday night and caught some really nice Blues using Goldfish for bait. 25 of the noodles fit right in a milk crate. Thanks again for representing us. Keep it real, and the lines tight!!!
Great video😊😊😊, i love how you relate to us as fellow fisherman, and respect what we may or may not know. PLEASE KEEP IT UP!!!! I like your pole tecnique

Thanks for putting these video's out. I had knee replacement surgery 3 weeks ago and I am hung at the house except for therapy. Keep them coming and thanks again for great videos...
I’ve had plans on showing our setup on noodles and throwing them out but our weather won’t cooperate when I have time. Great video. I’m glad Danielle clarified about y’all catch and release lol

That mud cat is great bait for big flatties. Here in Missouri we call the bullhead. That lake is full of them little fellers. Man oh man would them bullies be on a bank line faster than you can whistle Dixie 😊
I really love your videos. I’ve lived all my life for over 55 years in the Appalachian mountains. Keep up the awesome videos. I have fished the rivers in my area for some monster cats and caught some over 60lbs. Stay at it 👍👍👍

Looks like the depth adjustment worked great. For the weight to work correctly we may have to cap the ends instead of crimping. But like you, I never saw any advantage to the weight. Good catch. Great video. Oh, gluten free bait is important to these Louisiana catfish. They’re very health conscious 😂
🤣🤣, about as healthy conscious as we are!! Big surprise in next Noodle video. We shot one on the River last night!! No more weights for sure. True, capping ends would work better with weights
Thanks, yeah the 11in minimum on these channel cats is pointless since we can keep 25 undersized. Hardly nobody gonna skin that many undersized ones anyways. Your probably only talking 2 months growth difference, so it really accomplishes very little. Gotta love law makers though
I prefer whole fryers to fillets. They taste better on the bone. We like our noodles with the weight so you can tell they have a fish on easily. Keep up the good work!!
It's just personal preference on the weights or not. I think mine would have worked better with capped ends, but the cheap way crimping the ends it's tapered in the ends and the weight tends to stick on both ends. Too much trouble for my design. I'm all about saving money, and I think we're gonna just remove them all
Sad that so many places these days only serve filets, many people have never had catfish ‘on the bone’. No other way to eat them, IMO. Love the noodle method, will be doing this myself! Greetings from Gulf Coast Alabama, liked and subbed! 👍
Best eating there is! Me and my son ran our yo-yos on upper corney creek this weekend. Caught SIXTY mudcat on cow blood. Kept em all. I like em in cool water with current. Also put out my two wire net traps baited with cheese. Will run them this weekend and bait yo-yos again
