I was a fan of Lupe before I became Muslim. Along with the Dawah I was receiving, I found it cool that someone I could relate to (black-American culture,) was also Muslim. Similar to Malcolm X. These influences were a part of me accepting to listen to the message of Islam. Alhamdulillah I took my Shahada, and now as a Muslim, I know to learn from the knowledgeable Muslims who refer to the Qur'an and Sunnah, and also from those who take their understanding of Islam from the Sahaba. May Allah guide Lupe, myself and all Muslims who are trying to learn and follow Islam.
There is benefit that comes out of their slander by calling you a murji’ akhi. This video is a good example of such benefit that came about as a response to such slander. Truly, the affairs of the believer are all good.

Assalamualaikum brother, You made 2 series covering the same book when it comes to your Aqeedah classes. I personally like the old one. My problem is if i want to tell my friends about this and send it which one should I sent them? The old is nice because it's short (30-50 minutes)& the tiltes are organized + well named as well as only being about the books. The new one is also nice because it's " modern" with the face cam & display of the book as well as talking about misguidance happening nowadays + it's long (1 hours) with Questions. Jazakallah khair Abu Mussab for highlighting the importance of clarification (tabayyun) and also mentioned the conditions that are needed to be applied before passing judgment to anybody else, let alone labeling Takfir on a fellow Muslim. This should be a lesson for all of us to actually hear the person and their explanations in regards to what he/she was saying. And if that person still maintains their stance on the matter after being corrected by the people of knowledge, then we can pass judgments just like what the ‘Ulama has mentioned beforehand. May Allah protects all of us from all forms of Fitna whether its on this Dunya, or in the Akhirah later on. Aamiin
You and Mus'ab forgot to mention however that the manaat regarding the hujja and what is indeed considered as hujja is very debatable according to the opinions of the scholars. For example the most lenient people will say in our day and age the hujja means reaching out to every single person on earth, giving them hours of lessons on aqeedah, also making sure that they understood the hujja, also that the hujja wasn't deformed or made as propaganda lies by non believers etc. This seems quite far fetched; in such a case probably NOBODY has had the hujja given to him and only a minute minority of human beings, all clearly scholars or advanced students of Deen have had the hujja reach them, and with proper explanation and understanding of the scholars etc etc. This would mean even native disbel. Ivers are excused for their ignorance! Yes this leads to the extremism of the jahmiyaah On the other hand, you have scholars who said that the hujja means the sending of the prophets. Since all of the prophets were sent, ending with our prophet (s) then the hujja is already established. So basically these scholars don't even view ignorance as an excuse in aqeedah. Others said the only ones excused are those in completely remote areas of the world who can't afford to have knowledge reach them. Including new comers to Islaam. However this should be interpret in a less lenient way then many interpret it today : where they excuse all the civilised world of ignorance based on this general scholarly statement. But is it a correct understanding? In the civilised and vast majority of the world today, yes there are no scholars of Deen however most people have access to the Internet. And they can pretty much access almost everything of Islamic knowledge on the Internet. If they do not do so then this is on them because they commit another nullifier which is turning away from the Deen and not trying to learn it or understand it. And that's the case, the vast majority of people busy themselves with something else. So anyways upon contemplation of the words of the scholars, a better understanding would be that those excused would only be people who don't have any access to any of those means. This is why they mentioned the baadia people (bédouins far from any kind of civilisation) since at the time they literally had no clue and no means of any knowledge reaching them. But nowadays even these bédouins have Internet. So in our times the only ones you could think of would be some of the native people in completely remote and cut off from civilisation people like in the Amazon or Africa or Australia, although most of them if not all are not neutral or believe in 1 God rather they are pretty much all pag.an poly. Theists So we judge them by their apparent which is exactly that. As for the hereafter then it's up to Allaah. Also an interesting point here: that from the people most strongly opposed to the excuse of jahl was imam MI.A.W. and the early na.jd.is. their writings are very clear on that for example their durar encyclopedia. It is only modern day Saudis and offshoots of those naj. Dis. Who see the excuse of ignorance and follow AL Albaani to the letter regarding the matter; for example Ibn Uthaymeen and AL madkhali and that group of people. However still, some modern Saudi na.jd.is still hold their predecessors belief and don't consider jahl as an excuse, including: saalih al fawzaan, Ibn baaz and of course AL Hazimi who went to the extreme of making Tak Feer Of the one who even considers jahl as an excuse! (And by the way he based his view on statements from the early na.jd.is I mentioned earlier) And Allaah knows best. This comment will probly be deleted

What you're missing is how after he was exposed to be a kaffir who denies the Qur'an and disbelieves in the Jinn, many people on Twitter were trying to help him and explain to him, HE THEN went on further exposing his true beliefs, trying to bring doubts about the preservation on the Qur'an and so on. It's clear he understands what the basic Islamic beliefs are but it's just that HE doesn't believe in them. Small correction: In * certain cases * the person doesn't have to know it's kufr for it take them out of the fold of Islam, as long as they know it's haram. 48 min into the video, I get your idea but I want to ask, hopefully you reply since you are knowledgable on this subject. If it's this hard, this grueling to pass takfeer on someone making obvious kufri statement. When they are happily sharing kufri statement on twitter, spreading false info regarding Islam, Qur'an, Allah, Jinns and other things, what are we supposed to do? I believe it will take some time before anyone will be able to sit with him and explain the situation with him to have a real hujjah based on the criteria you read. Should we let this person say whatever they want and staining the name of Islam? The solution that the layman people seem to jump into is to takfeer the guy so that every statement he made is disregarded. Would you say the solution is to attack the argument harshly but never ever say the person himself is a kafir?
Of course he should be advised even on Twitter. But it has to come from qualified people who can assess the harm and benefit. This is why there are students of knowledge. It is their obligation to handle those issues. Laymen need to keep quiet as they often cause more harm than good. If a layman wants to believe within himself that Lupe or other are Kuffaar based on what they say, they should keep that thought for themselves. Once they proclaim it, it opens a door of evil which can not be closed.
@@OneWayToParadise I understand your perspective. I believe it is a sound perspective but we cannot deny the existence of contrary opinion from other qualified individual. I understand that for the most part you never inject your own understanding and merely reading from well understood agreement of well qualified people, which is what muslims should practice, refer to the people of knowledge. If there is a situation where the people of knowledge do not handle the situation and the ummah fear that the slanderer may cause too much harm, best the layman can do is not to give him any platform or eyes on them by not engaging with them at all.

@@TT-hx9nj "Hanbali" aqeedah and fiqh from the time of Ibn Taymiyyah became very confused and merged with Ash'ari fiqh. So today you have a million sects of "Hanbali salafis" all claiming to follow Ibn Taymiyyah but all have different aqeedah from each other. Personally I stay away from him and try to go to the earlier generations. The closest to the truth for me of later generations seems to be Muhammad ibn abd al Wahhab rh. But even scholars of najd are not without their problems and they quote from the ash'ariyyah, ibn hazm and ahlut bid'ah. Perhaps because they were working with the knowledge available to them and didn't have as much info about the deviations. Allahu Alam.

I have found him to be honest about the deen and he follows the methodology of the Salaf. However recently I have come across some videos that say that he is related to SPUBS and Abu Khadeeja. Can you please clarify why SPUBS and Abu Khadeeja are in the wrong? I have personally never listened to any lectures from Abu Khadeeja FYI. Can I continue to listen to lectures from Shamsi? The other brother is Sheikh Abdurrahman Hassan from AMAU, he is also a very honest and knowledgeable brother, what is your advice regarding him? Nowadays there is a lot of confusion regarding who to take deen from and I want to be 100% sure about my sources. Also can I make donations to Dar us Sunnah which is a masjid related to Shamsi and also AMAU? JazakALLAH

Brother Abu Mussab, although I agree that we have to be very careful of making Takfir, this individual Lupe has clearly said a lot of statements of kufr. I think someone should sit down with him in person, clarify everything, and if he still chooses to reject things, there's no doubt about his Imaan.
So now openly and beligerently proclaiming kufr akbar isn't enough to be declared a kafir? What a joke of a position. What do they have to do before we can call a spade a spade? Carve the word kafir into their own foreheads?
السلام أخي وجدي لقد خلطت بين التكفير الحكمي و الإسمي و إليك بيان ذلك :التفريق بين التكفير الاسمي والتكفير الحكمي، فيلحق به اسم (المشرك والكافر) اسما دون العذاب والعقوبة في الدنيا والآخرة، فهذه لاتكون حتى تقوم عليه الحجة الرسالية التي يكفر تاركها ، وهذا ممن وقع في الشرك الأكبر ممن لم تبلغه الحجة (القرآن والحديث )٠ فكون الشخص لا يعذب حتى تقام عليه الحجة لا يعني أنه مسلم بل هو مشرك و أزيدك إن شاء الله من أقوال العلماء أما من بلغته الدعوة ، وبلغه القرآن والحديث، ويعيش بين المسلمين ، فهذا لايعذر مطلقا؛لأن هذا ناتج عن إعراض منه ، وعدم مبالاة ، وكونه لم يرفع رأسا بدين الإسلام ٠

قال الشيخ محمد بن عبد الوهاب: ومسألة تكفير المعين مسألة معروفة، اذا قال قولا يكون القول به كفرا، فيقال من قال بهذا القول فهو كافر، لكن الشخص المعين اذا قال ذلك لا يحكم بكفره حتى تقوم عليه الحجة التي يكفر تاركها، وهذا في المسائل الخفية التي قد يخفى دليلها على بعض الناس ..... وأما مايقع منهم في المسائل الظاهرة الجلية، أو ما يعلم من الدين بالضرورة فهذا لايتوقف في كفر قائله. (الدرر السنية ).. منقول.

Prophet Ibrahim had called his father to follow the path of Allah. His father was angry with prophet Ibrahim to point he told him he will stone him if he doesn’t leave him for worshipping false gods. What was Ibrahim reply “ he will call on allah to guide him”. (Sure Maryram) People should learn from the Quran. I don’t understand why people are focus on pointing out other people mistake. Sometimes people should let their ego go and focus on guiding people with the correct approach that our beloved prophet Mohammad pbuh taught us how to become well mannered and have good characteristics. Sometimes the exposer of sin becomes more sinner then the one who sinned. Shaikh Muhammad Amaan Al-Jaami rahimahullaah (ironically whom the takfeeris like to label with irjaa) stated: تكفير المعين يجوز إذا ارتكب الإنسان بين يديك كفرا بواحا، لو رأيت إنسانا يسجد للصنم، يسجد لغير الله، لو رأيت إنسانا أخذ كبشا و ذبح عند قبر الشيخ، قال : للشيخ فلان. و هل تقول : إن هذا معين لا أكفره ؟! لا! تكفره بدون تردد، لأنه ارتكب كفرا بواحا، و إذا لم يحصل ذلك تكفر بالقاعدة : "من فعل كذا فهو كافر"، من نفى صفة ثابتة بالكتاب و السنة من صفات الله تعالى فهو كافر، من دعا غير الله فهو كافر، من استغاث بغير الله فهو كافر، تطلق هكذا فليدخل في هذه القاعدة من شاء فليخرج من شاء. لكن، إذا حصل بين يديك شخص معين و ارتكب كفرا بواحا عندك دليل و برهان من الله بأن هذا كفر، كفره ولا تتردد، و إن لم تكفره تكفر أنت ! Translation: Declaring one of being a disbeliever (takfeer al mu'ayan) is permissible if a particular person commits or perpetrates open, clear, major (bawaahaa) kufr, (for example) if you see someone prostrating for an idol or for one other than Allah, if you see a person taking a sheep and slaughtering it at a grave of some sheikh saying its for the sake of sheikh so-and-so. Do you say that this specific person won't be considered as a disbeliever?! Nay!! Make takfeer of him specifically without hesitation! Because he committed clear major kufr in front of you, but in case this doesn't happen (in front of you) you will make takfeer (in general) by the principle "whoever does this he is kafir (disbeliever)", whoever denies an attribute from the attributes of Allaah which is proven in the kitab (quran) or the sunnah-is kafir, who ever supplicates one besides Allah is kafir, whoever appeal for aid (that only Allaah can provide) to anyone besides Allaah is a kaafir. You should designate it like this, so let enter into this circumstance whoever wills, and exit from this whoever wills. But if a particular person commits clear kufr in front of you that you have a proof about it from Allah (a proof that the deed is kufr from the quran and sunnah) then declare him of being a kafir and dont hesitate!! AND IF YOU DONT DO THIS YOU WILL HAVE YOURSELF DISBELIEVED (COMMITED KUFR)." الله اكبر He rahimahullaah also said (summarized) In this time we have people giving fatawa that we don't declare someone who commits clear apostasy and disbelief such as cursing or mocking something from the deen as disbelievers, when their disbelief is clear and undeniable. Even Abu Talib, the uncle of the Prophet sallalaahu alayhi Wasallam who respected Islam and helped and defended the Prophet sallalaahu alayhi Wasallam, yet all of this was not enough for him to be considered a Muslim and he died a kaafir, yet nowadays there are people who won't make takfeer of these clear enemies of Islaam, يا سبحان الله We ask Allaah taalaa to guide us to the way of the salaf as saalih and protect us from the astray methodologies of the khawaarij and the murjiah.

The distinction between takfeer ijmaali (collective) and takfeer bil’ayn (individual) is not relevant to groups that disagree with the shahadah itself such as the ahmadiyah/isma’iliyah etc as they are all kuffar individually. This once again proves that Ahmadi Muslims do not deny khatme Nabuwat. Rather the différence is on the one to Come. And according to the Quran it is clear that our khulafa will be from Us as Allah states in Surah Nur (Verse -55) and then in Sahih al Bukhari, we find the clear words of the Prophet Muhammad (sa) that the Messiah will be an lmam from among You and be a Prophet from the Ummah as the hadîth of Sahih Muslim states that the Messiah to come will be a Prophet of Allah. Answer: Call him through another expression, neither this (that he is Muslim) and neither that (that he is a Mushrik), say to him, "O So and so, servant of Allaah, this action of yours which you have done is shirk, it is not worship, it is the action of the ignorant mushriks, the action of the Quraysh and the likes of Quraysh, because there is a barrier to the takfir of such a one and (takfir of him) would cause to him to flee (from the truth) when you call him. And also because making takfir of an individuad is (a matter) other than the action which is shirk, the action is shirk, but the one who performs it does not become a Mushrik because there could a barrier to his takfir, his ignorance, or his lack of insight in the definition of the scholars. And also in calling through the label of shirk (calling him a Mushrik) is turning him away, so you call him by his name, then you explain to him that this action is shirk. Question: What is the stronger view regarding takfir of a specific person? Answer: When the evidences and proof are established over him which indicate his kufr, and the path has been made clear to him and he persists, then he is a disbeliever. However, some of the scholars hold that whoever falls into some of the affairs of shirk and he may be confused or may be ignorant and does not know the reality, then they do not make takfir of him until it is explained to him and guides him to (the realization) that this is disbelief and misguidance, and that this is the action of the first mushriks. I was a fan of Lupe before I became Muslim. Along with the Dawah I was receiving, I found it cool that someone I could relate to (black-American culture,) was also Muslim. Similar to Malcolm X. These influences were a part of me accepting to listen to the message of Islam. Alhamdulillah I took my Shahada, and now as a Muslim, I know to learn from the knowledgeable Muslims who refer to the Qur'an and Sunnah, and also from those who take their understanding of Islam from the Sahaba. May Allah guide Lupe, myself and all Muslims who are trying to learn and follow Islam.

Assalamualaikum brother, You made 2 series covering the same book when it comes to your Aqeedah classes. I personally like the old one. My problem is if i want to tell my friends about this and send it which one should I sent them? The old is nice because it's short (30-50 minutes)& the tiltes are organized + well named as well as only being about the books. The new one is also nice because it's " modern" with the face cam & display of the book as well as talking about misguidance happening nowadays + it's long (1 hours) with Questions.

Jazakallah khair Abu Mussab for highlighting the importance of clarification (tabayyun) and also mentioned the conditions that are needed to be applied before passing judgment to anybody else, let alone labeling Takfir on a fellow Muslim. This should be a lesson for all of us to actually hear the person and their explanations in regards to what he/she was saying. And if that person still maintains their stance on the matter after being corrected by the people of knowledge, then we can pass judgments just like what the ‘Ulama has mentioned beforehand. May Allah protects all of us from all forms of Fitna whether its on this Dunya, or in the Akhirah later on. Aamiin
You and Mus'ab forgot to mention however that the manaat regarding the hujja and what is indeed considered as hujja is very debatable according to the opinions of the scholars. For example the most lenient people will say in our day and age the hujja means reaching out to every single person on earth, giving them hours of lessons on aqeedah, also making sure that they understood the hujja, also that the hujja wasn't deformed or made as propaganda lies by non believers etc. This seems quite far fetched; in such a case probably NOBODY has had the hujja given to him and only a minute minority of human beings, all clearly scholars or advanced students of Deen have had the hujja reach them, and with proper explanation and understanding of the scholars etc etc.
This would mean even native disbel. Ivers are excused for their ignorance! Yes this leads to the extremism of the jahmiyaah
On the other hand, you have scholars who said that the hujja means the sending of the prophets. Since all of the prophets were sent, ending with our prophet (s) then the hujja is already established. So basically these scholars don't even view ignorance as an excuse in aqeedah. Others said the only ones excused are those in completely remote areas of the world who can't afford to have knowledge reach them. Including new comers to Islaam. However this should be interpret in a less lenient way then many interpret it today : where they excuse all the civilised world of ignorance based on this general scholarly statement. But is it a correct understanding? In the civilised and vast majority of the world today, yes there are no scholars of Deen however most people have access to the Internet. And they can pretty much access almost everything of Islamic knowledge on the Internet. If they do not do so then this is on them because they commit another nullifier which is turning away from the Deen and not trying to learn it or understand it. And that's the case, the vast majority of people busy themselves with something else. So anyways upon contemplation of the words of the scholars, a better understanding would be that those excused would only be people who don't have any access to any of those means. This is why they mentioned the baadia people (bédouins far from any kind of civilisation) since at the time they literally had no clue and no means of any knowledge reaching them. But nowadays even these bédouins have Internet. So in our times the only ones you could think of would be some of the native people in completely remote and cut off from civilisation people like in the Amazon or Africa or Australia, although most of them if not all are not neutral or believe in 1 God rather they are pretty much all pag.an poly. Theists
So we judge them by their apparent which is exactly that. As for the hereafter then it's up to Allaah.
Also an interesting point here: that from the people most strongly opposed to the excuse of jahl was imam MI.A.W. and the early na.jd.is. their writings are very clear on that for example their durar encyclopedia.
It is only modern day Saudis and offshoots of those naj. Dis. Who see the excuse of ignorance and follow AL Albaani to the letter regarding the matter; for example Ibn Uthaymeen and AL madkhali and that group of people. However still, some modern Saudi na.jd.is still hold their predecessors belief and don't consider jahl as an excuse, including: saalih al fawzaan, Ibn baaz and of course AL Hazimi who went to the extreme of making

ج: العامي لا يُكفّر إلا بالدليل، العامي ما عنده علم، مسكين، لكن إذا كان عنده علم بشيءٍ معينٍ مثل: مَن جحد تحريم الزنا، فهذا يكفر عند العامَّة والخاصَّة، ما فيه شبهة، لو قال واحد: الزنا حلال، كفر عند الجميع؛ عند العامة وغيرهم، هذه ما يحتاج لها أدلة، أو قال: إنَّ الشرك جائز، يجوز للناس أن يعبدوا غير الله، أحد يشك في هذا؟ ما يحتاج أدلةً، لو قال: يجوز للناس أن يعبدوا الأصنام، وأن يعبدوا النجوم، وأن يعبدوا الجنَّ؛ كفر.

Small correction:
In * certain cases * the person doesn't have to know it's kufr for it take them out of the fold of Islam, as long as they know it's haram. Look at the following:

If it's this hard, this grueling to pass takfeer on someone making obvious kufri statement. When they are happily sharing kufri statement on twitter, spreading false info regarding Islam, Qur'an, Allah, Jinns and other things, what are we supposed to do?
I believe it will take some time before anyone will be able to sit with him and explain the situation with him to have a real hujjah based on the criteria you read. Should we let this person say whatever they want and staining the name of Islam?
The solution that the layman people seem to jump into is to takfeer the guy so that every statement he made is disregarded.

Of course he should be advised even on Twitter. But it has to come from qualified people who can assess the harm and benefit. This is why there are students of knowledge. It is their obligation to handle those issues. Laymen need to keep quiet as they often cause more harm than good.
If a layman wants to believe within himself that Lupe or other are Kuffaar based on what they say, they should keep that thought for themselves. Once they proclaim it, it opens a door of evil which can not be closed.

Personally I stay away from him and try to go to the earlier generations. The closest to the truth for me of later generations seems to be Muhammad ibn abd al Wahhab rh. But even scholars of najd are not without their problems and they quote from the ash'ariyyah, ibn hazm and ahlut bid'ah. Perhaps because they were working with the knowledge available to them and didn't have as much info about the deviations. Allahu Alam.

However recently I have come across some videos that say that he is related to SPUBS and Abu Khadeeja. Can you please clarify why SPUBS and Abu Khadeeja are in the wrong? This is just as Allah says:When the hypocrites come to you, They say:‘We bear witness that you are indeed the Messenger of Allah’ & Allah knows that you are indeed His Messenger & Allah bears witness that the hypocrites are liars indeed. They have made their oaths a screen (for their hypocrisy). In this way they hinder (men) from the Path of Allaah. Verily, evil is what they used to do. Shaikh Muhammad Amaan Al-Jaami rahimahullaah (ironically whom the takfeeris like to label with irjaa) stated:
تكفير المعين يجوز إذا ارتكب الإنسان بين يديك كفرا بواحا، لو رأيت إنسانا يسجد للصنم، يسجد لغير الله، لو رأيت إنسانا أخذ كبشا و ذبح عند قبر الشيخ، قال : للشيخ فلان.
و هل تقول : إن هذا معين لا أكفره ؟! لا!
تكفره بدون تردد، لأنه ارتكب كفرا بواحا، و إذا لم يحصل ذلك تكفر بالقاعدة : "من فعل كذا فهو كافر"، من نفى صفة ثابتة بالكتاب و السنة من صفات الله تعالى فهو كافر، من دعا غير الله فهو كافر، من استغاث بغير الله فهو كافر، تطلق هكذا فليدخل في هذه القاعدة من شاء فليخرج من شاء.
لكن، إذا حصل بين يديك شخص معين و ارتكب كفرا بواحا عندك دليل و برهان من الله بأن هذا كفر، كفره ولا تتردد، و إن لم تكفره تكفر أنت !
Translation: Declaring one of being a disbeliever (takfeer al mu'ayan) is permissible if a particular person commits or perpetrates open, clear, major (bawaahaa) kufr, (for example) if you see someone prostrating for an idol or for one other than Allah, if you see a person taking a sheep and slaughtering it at a grave of some sheikh saying its for the sake of sheikh so-and-so.
Do you say that this specific person won't be considered as a disbeliever?!
Nay!! Make takfeer of him specifically without hesitation! Because he committed clear major kufr in front of you, but in case this doesn't happen (in front of you) you will make takfeer (in general) by the principle "whoever does this he is kafir (disbeliever)", whoever denies an attribute from the attributes of Allaah which is proven in the kitab (quran) or the sunnah-is kafir, who ever supplicates one besides Allah is kafir, whoever appeal for aid (that only Allaah can provide) to anyone besides Allaah is a kaafir. You should designate it like this, so let enter into this circumstance whoever wills, and exit from this whoever wills.
But if a particular person commits clear kufr in front of you that you have a proof about it from Allah (a proof that the deed is kufr from the quran and sunnah) then declare him of being a kafir and dont hesitate!! AND IF YOU DONT DO THIS YOU WILL HAVE YOURSELF DISBELIEVED (COMMITED KUFR)."

Thing is, Lupe did have many Radio friendly tracks, but he was never really a household name to begin with. In reality he's basically as relevant as he always was. One hit song and his back to the same relevancy over night. Even if artists do not gain new following, their old fans seems to always stay with them. Answer: Call him through another expression, neither this (that he is Muslim) and neither that (that he is a Mushrik), say to him, "O So and so, servant of Allaah, this action of yours which you have done is shirk, it is not worship, it is the action of the ignorant mushriks, the action of the Quraysh and the likes of Quraysh, because there is a barrier to the takfir of such a one and (takfir of him) would cause to him to flee (from the truth) when you call him. And also because making takfir of an individuad is (a matter) other than the action which is shirk, the action is shirk, but the one who performs it does not become a Mushrik because there could a barrier to his takfir, his ignorance, or his lack of insight in the definition of the scholars. And also in calling through the label of shirk (calling him a Mushrik) is turning him away, so you call him by his name, then you explain to him that this action is shirk.
Question: What is the stronger view regarding takfir of a specific person?
Answer: When the evidences and proof are established over him which indicate his kufr, and the path has been made clear to him and he persists, then he is a disbeliever. However, some of the scholars hold that whoever falls into some of the affairs of shirk and he may be confused or may be ignorant and does not know the reality, then they do not make takfir of him until it is explained to him and guides him to (the realization) that this is disbelief and misguidance, and that this is the action of the first mushriks. And if he persists after the clarification, he is judged to be a disbeliever (through this disbelief).
