Great to see the field work is at least happening in some places. We've already been up to 80 a few times here and now it is snowing lightly here in MI today.

I would have thought the tillage implement would require more power than the planter. Why do they have the 620 HP tractor on the planter, and the 470 on the tiller?
"Planting in dust/bins will bust." Looks like the best start to a planting season in many Years but only those who've been doing this for many years would know that of course.
@@henrylopez5252 that planter pulls harder up the hills and weighs more than the soil finisher . By the time you add the weight of seed fertilizer and then add all the hydraulic power needed to run the vacuum fan and down force it really uses and requires the extra power.
@@henrylopez5252 we got about 1 inch of snow but mostly rain . The wet snow actually insulates the ground . It kept the beans from getting cold . Honestly it happens every year . I've had beans sit with 6 inches of snow for 4 days and they survive. The corn is what worries us it cannot stand the cold. We warmed up quick today so the crops are fine .
Can you please convert the numbers in description into metric, just as an additon to the imperial ones you put there? Feets, bushels, yards, pounds...? It would make undestanding the field work you guys do there in the US for the European viewers much easier.
@@freebooter247 Yea, one can easily convert the units online but average viewer would be annoyed to do it all the time, pause the video, google the conversion site, convert the units, figure out the values, go back to video...Imagine the number of viewers ready to do it.It would be much simpler for author to put the converted values next to the original ones.I am mechanical engineer so i have no problem with imperial units but I am sure that lot of european viewers get very confused. It would make channel better and closer to the large group of viewers.
Never thought about it before but I notice the steering wheel doesn't move when the tractor is in auto guidance - would it be the case that the driver could override by moving the wheel in an emergency?
great interviews with the operators. good info on the ride quality.
I love the shots of the tractors pulling in and out of the fields 👍🏼
Me too. I try to get them filmed when ever I can.

Great planting line up. Thank you for sharing.
Thanks to all farmers. Great videos!
😁👍
Thanks Jason. Spring is here and we're ready for lots of tillage and planting videos!!👍👍
I have posted three so far this week and I am filming a bunch of new planting and tillage this spring. It’s a great time of year for farming.
@@bigtractorpower Very very cool!!😊😊
Cool video, I enjoy the ride in the cab asking the operators what they think to the machines. Keep up the good work 👍
Once again a great video. Thanks for taking us along for the ride in the field.
Thank you for watching.
Mostly green here,9630,with 60’ 1830,nice to hear operator of 620 with pride in his equipment
The 9630 is a nice tractor.
Nice ! Maybe bring back the drone shots like that to. 😉👍🚜👍🚜👍🚜

It’s in the 70s here in Kentucky with most of the corn planted now but it may snow tonight here as well.

Hola muy buenos tus videos. Saludos desde Uruguay.
You should come down to Pennsylvania and watch us plant corn or making hay
Love the power of these Cases we got a 485 and she pulls good. 👌

Thank you for watching. I enjoy the opportunity to go out and film the equipment and visit with farmers.
Nice video! I love those tractors. I went to a conference once were they had one of those there. I wish I could get one of those for my channel!
Nice planting action😉👍

Great video about case quad track tractors thanks for the great video
Thank you for watching.
Great IH Vlog, thanks for sharing
Thank you.
very nice to watch some big stuff there, keep them coming.
Thank you for watching. 32, 36, 48 and 54 row planters on the way.
Question - looks like the air compressor is hydraulic powered? Great job with the video and interviews.
I would have thought the tillage implement would require more power than the planter. Why do they have the 620 HP tractor on the planter, and the 470 on the tiller?
This farm had three 470 ROWTRACs until last year. Case IH recommends a 620 for the 2160 planter. The 470 is plenty of power for the 2310.
Nice video and machines !!!👍👍 love the great audio, what microphone do you use?
I am using a go pro 7 in the cab

Sad to see the death of small farms. Things didn't get this giant, expensive, and complicated because people just wanted them to be.
Great awesome video

Nice👍
Thank you for watching.
How many acres do they tend? Thanks for sharing!
Nice 👌😁
Thank you for watching.
Love U
Looks like they have the implements hooked up to the wrong machines. Looks to me the bigger one needs to be doing tillage.
Case IH recommends a 620 to run the 2160 planter. This farm had three 470 ROWTRACs before last year.
Almost seems like you would want the higher HP tractor running the tillage?? Any explanation?
The 2160 Early Riser is recommend to run the 2160 planter by Case IH. Previously the farm ran 470 ROWTRACs for tillage and planting.

Is that a spring in the field? (10:40)
Seems about right, red pulling green
Don’t get your panties in a bunch, just trolling
I love them all
6:45 wouldnt it be better to turn the ground with a plow to burrow the weeds? The shown way wont kill the weeds, they will come back soon.
A plow would be to aggressive for a decent seed bed. Those weeds won't survive plus they will spray again to kill anything off
We use a new Holland versatile 9482 and a John Deere drill each spring
Nice combination.
Never thought about it before but I notice the steering wheel doesn't move when the tractor is in auto guidance - would it be the case that the driver could override by moving the wheel in an emergency?
Yeah if you turn a certain amount it disengages the auto steer.
No till came on!!!!!
This farm is mostly no till for corn. Some fields they work up depending on the soil and how wet the harvest was.
It’s time for something green with Matt at the controls.
It has been filmed. Stay tuned.
Bro love from India what's price of this tractor
What would happen if you planted 15 inch corn. To dense to yield well?
15 inch corn is often popular for silage. It produces allot of feed.
@@bigtractorpower I’m assuming it wouldn’t do well for combined corn tho
For narrow row grain corn I see mostly 20 and 22 inch. There are some farmers that combine 15 inch corn but it is much more common for silage.
Hello mr big tractor is there a more powerful tractor than this in production?
AGCO just released a 670 Hp tractor and John Deere has a 640 Hp tractor on the way for 2022.
@@bigtractorpower this tractor is a beautiful mashine hold the title for ten years now

620 to pull that air drill? really?
Case IH recommends the 620 for the 2160 planter. This farm had three 470 ROWTRACs before.
That field looks terrible ! cant believe the plant stand is consistent ?
The corn will be fine. The planter pushes through the soil. Wet weather delayed the herbicides pass so there was thicker clumps of grass to work up.
