How To Remove A Ford Fiesta Front Seat - Ford Fiesta Front Seat Removal

Hi & Welcome to Dans Diagnostics.
In todays video I demonstrate how to quickly and easily remove a front seat from a Ford Fiesta MK 7.5.
Tools required are a 1/4" ratchet with a 7mm socket and a T50 torx bit attached to a ratchet or battery gun.

Just to confirm for everyone, you don’t need to remove the battery.
I’m sure someone will say that it’ll blow a fuse or the car will implode, but no, battery can stay

Do you bother pulling the battery before disconnecting/reconnecting or do you just whip the connector out and back in again? Would rather the airbags not go off on me, but some of the suggestions I've seen are ridiculous (dis the battery and wait 30mins to an hour before unplugging the seat connector?!)

@@goodpools in the end i sought some advice from other repairers and the consensus was that it was unnecessary. I did indeed unplug and replug without disconnecting the car battery, and nothing bad happened. :)
