When I hear a RUclipsr cry about "fps", I instantly dislike and move on. Nerds that play on high end computers don't see games like a normal person

I think it is an importent thing to note. I agree most people don't play on high end computers, and that reviws exist for people like us who don't have unlimited money and need to decide carefully how to spend it. But things such as its capped at 30 fps on xbox, while not an issue for some, was an issue for me which Is why I went for the pc port.
Tl;Dr reviewers should not make a big fuss about performance, but it is importent to note when and how good it is
