In one of these videos he literally try to apologize. How are you apologizing, it’s not enough apologizing you can do. You killed a child and the way you did it. He’s not sorry. He deserves everything he got

He would not even make it to trial if it was my daughter, they would be trying me instead.

They know that and take steps so you wouldn’t be able to do that. That’s why those courthouses have metal detectors and the victim’s families are always checked beforehand as they enter the court room.
In a case like this that guy was probably protected by armed guards and only moved in secured areas because of the risk of a family member doing just that.

Why is the death sentence carried out years later? It would relieve the taxpayer and bring real justice to the victim and his family if the verdict was carried out after only 30 days. The death sentence is not distributed without a reason. On the contrary, you have to be a real monster who has nothing to do with a real person. Therefore, enforcement after 30 days would only be fair. In this way, the perpetrator can settle his last things like his will and then die.

I know. It's ridiculous, but you would think that one year would be sufficient for all appeals. Just as a speedy trial is assured to to the accused, speedy justice should be assured to society.

A.D, even in death they still won't say her name and humanize her. Her name was Alianna and she mattered!

Alianna DeFreeze was a minor at the time, so under Ohio law her name has to be protected in all official court proceedings even though she's dead. The judge was required to not use her name.

Against that big old man? A grown ass woman who is a trained professional fighter would not have been able to get the upper hand on someone his size yet you expect some little ass girl to be able to? 😒How do you know she didn't fight? The onus is on him, not her.
