If you can get a good deal for Club Europe, it can be worth it. The food is often very good now and lounge access, priority check-in/boarding make the trip more comfortable. The disappointment is the actual seat. If you know your flight is leaving B gates go to T5B Business lounge - much nicer than Galleries South. Warning - if your flight is A gates and you're in T5B lounge you need to walk back (10-15 mins).
Very slick Lewis. Really enjoyable view. London's very own Noel Phillips!👍👍👍 Mind you noting your point on the importance of tea (entirely agree) - who's brand were BA using?
@@zappomatic Hi Tom, thanks for getting in touch. Hadn't appreciated this was a specially tailored product but as a passionate tea enthusiast, I am delighted that BA are on the ball with the brew. The giant teabag sounds paradise too 😃. Noting your advice below (which I have now noted!) guessing you are Cabin crew? Thanks for the insight.👍
Hello there! I’ve booked BA Business Class Club Europe for my flight to Istanbul next month. What lounges do I have access too? I’ve seen some conflicting reports online. Great video by the way!
BA was pretty awful at the start of the year but it has come on in leaps and bounds in the past few months. The significant decline in the number ot Tripsdvisor reviewers having to mention call-centre woes is a key indicator of improvement. Compare and contrast with KLM!
Business class just is not worth it on short haul flights like this. I would say it’s worse than economy having that box in the middle seat when there is a chance no one will be sitting next to you on a really early or late flight
I always fly club Europe to Romania since 2017, there has always been WiFi it’s far better than troublesome economy. What I don’t like is, after paying for club Europe, finding some individuals being able to con their way in using some trick.
My missus insist we fly business class to ibiza from t5….it’s garbage no leg room the foods rubbish to….lounge is very good though…..BA stands for budget airline.
Great trip report! Really enjoyed it! Looking forward for more!
We have all been waiting for this ever since the start of the European tour!
Good things come to those who wait my friend 🤣 more flight reviews coming soon as well.
Thanks for sharing. I find the BA lounges to be overcrowded now and often not as relaxing as they should be. But your onboard experience looks good. 👍
Hey S B it ultimately depends on the time of day and year but I have been in the lounge a few years back when it was just packed
Great content keep it up!

I really enjoyed it I am going to have a really good dream about British airways tonight

Twinnings buddy
@@LondonPlaneSpotting Ah good choice. I had figured they might be more of a teapigs operation, the very pinnacle of my pyramid (bag) of tea.
@@PlaneSailingAviation It's a special blend made just for BA designed to taste good at altitude, and comes in a giant teabag for a three pint pot.

The Concorde Room is the flagship lounge.
Great content, hello from Rome

I love British Airways Airplane ✈ uk 🇬🇧 yeah 👍
I don’t see the appeal of BA economy. It’s either Club Europe or easyJet.
11:39 please don't stack your dishes up like that, the crew then have to unstack them to fit the tray back into the trolley. 🙂
Why do they assume people are so short?! They should have tall people seats!

So an extra £80 on average for a meal for 1, M&S standard by the looks of it to be fair. A drink and a tray over the middle seat?

CE legroom is worse now than economy was in the 1980's !
U look like being sponserd by BA, I took the same flight last week and it was absolutely rubbish
You now have to pay for food on board and you say you're impressed!!??? really?
Hey John it’s been buy on board for BA economy since 2017 business class includes a meal. This is standard across most European airlines.
@@LondonPlaneSpotting Yeah and it sucks!
I cannot stand those awful seats in business class.
BA short haul business are shite. Will never do it again
Totally agree…I was shocked by how bad it is
