- The 8th May 2024 edition of AEW Dynamite really shocked me and I don’t think I’m the only one who was surprised and caught off guard by this episode of AEW Dynamite. I’ll discuss all that and more as we discuss this past week of AEW Dynamite and I’m thinking of doing these weekly so leave a like if you wanna see that and yeah let’s talk about it, let’s talk about this past Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite.

The lack of selling in AEW is shocking ..
OC took a pile-driver on a metal staircase & got up with a limp..
That's not lack of selling that's just crappy selling. Nobody sells or registers anything properly. Makes Tony Khan's selling look decent at least.
Bully Ray talked about OC no selling that pile-driver on the steel on his radio show and gave really honest criticism towards AEW and he was bang on, this no selling should not happen.
Comedy acts like Cassidy should not be no selling.
"Drake being a deadbeat dad" line (at Christian Cage) is possibly the most clever line from Swerve Strictland.
I'm permanently going to imagine Tony Khan in a neck brace 🤣

I can’t believe Jim Cornette was right all along about AEW. Since the beginning almost everything he said has become true. Things still can be turned around but only way to do that is if Tony Khan and the Bucks go away permanently. Tony needs someone who knows what they are doing in the booking department
Why not bringing bischoff instead of the bucks ?
I mean he has experience and he is not an wimp like khan for sure.
I think Saraya should challenge Toni Storm after Serena Deeb because she mentioned last week she had a victory over her, and since Ruby Soho is on maternity leave Saraya needs something to do. But hopefully when that match takes place Toni Storm retains and holds onto the title until Mariah May gets a title shot.

I think AEW dynamite should be talked about more. AEW dynamite airs Wednesdays as you know and top10wrestling should talk about AEW dynamite whenever there’s an episode of AEW dynamite that’s worthy of talking about. Cause IT IS of course: AEW dynamite after all.

I’ll be honest, I only tune in to see if 2 things happen. 1. Kenny hits someone with his colostomy bag and gets the bag over and 2. Toni Storm talks more about her “scented candle”.
I hated that Orange Cassidy was able to just get up and walk away after being piledriven 3 times, once being on top of the steel steps

Running a company with 60+ years with household name fame and all of that getting only 1.6million in that regards aew is under 5years getting 700k is still better and offcourse nxt 14years running still getting same as aew dynamite ratings is still worse for nxt

The Trent/Orange match was the best part.
I thought it was a solid show. I heard a lot of people online saying that Orange should have sold being attack more but I see Orange as AEW's Chuckie. Brody vs.Copeland was great. Samoa Joe vignette was really good too.

It figures that you would rate this show a B considering Bryan Danielson is, was, and will forever always be a B+ player.
You have low standards
This dynamite is what rampage should be. Collision should be a little better, and dynamite should be way better. Thing is, they have rampage (and ROH) booked like the former aew dark, with collision being some sort of hybrid of early rampage and early dynamite(which means it could be really good sometimes), but then dynamite now is rampages level of mediocrity. Almost makes me not wanna watch dynamite and it sucks because I used to love coming home from work late and watching the last hour or so of dynamite. Now it’s just something I put in the background whilst scrolling and if I’m busy then I don’t put it on at all

Because people suffer injuries in matches sometimes? People get injured in the Royal rumble. People get injured in ladder matches. You don't stop a stipulation because one person got injured.

Why the heck is Danielson there on team AEW? I thought he and Kingston didn't even like each other yet here they are teaming on behalf of AEW. Last anyone saw Danielson was after the match with Osprey and now he's just here set to be fighting the Elite and Jackass Perry?

Danielson and Kingston settle things after the revolution match, but most people don't know this because their post match promo did not air on tv (which is bad, because it is a pretty damn good promo)
