Hey! Would you like to screen this brilliant documentary at a film festival? The theme of the movies to be screened is LGBTQIA and I believe this documentary could do wonders on that platform.
hello! i appreciate this documentary a lot. i myself am from bombay so seeing strong people around me who i can identify, and pride scenes, and people being happy and enjoying made me so happy, so thank u. i also have a concern. i myself am unsure about it but i find it important and worth it to mention it. when one of the participants, the bi girl, said her personal definition of bisexuality is attraction to cis men and cis women, i felt it's transphobic. bisexuality is widely recognised as attraction to 2 or more genders. i do understand it is the person's personal preference so they mentioned it that way. i also know there's debate even in the trans community if personal sexual preferences like these are transphobic or not. but maybe it could've been worded better, and not in such a blatant trans exclusionary way? i am not entirely sure but i think this is worth educating ourselves on and starting conversations around and i am going to talk to more trans people and learn more. the only thing i hope from this is we all become more aware and kinder
hiii, I will just clear this out! she is not transphobic at all! bisexuality has different definitions for different people. my question to everyone in the documentary after asking their sexuality was, "what does your sexuality mean to you/how would YOU define your sexuality" for her it meant being attracted to only cis men and cia women, while for others it might mean different things. her intentions were right and wasn't hinting towards transphobia in anyway! I hope this helps 💙 💙
Bisexuality means you’re attracted to any gender, but you have preferences. And if someone isn’t attracted to trans people, then that isn’t considered transphobic at all
@@nicholasnelson5344 No. Bisexuality was defined ad Attraction to all genders muchhh before pansexuality existed. Pansexuality was created out of misunderstanding of what Bisexuality is. Bisexuality is pansexuality

i agree with the first statement that bisexuality includes cis as well as trans people but the second statement is debatable so hear me out .....bisexuality is not binary ... bisexuality is used as an umbrella term for the msec (which basically includes bisexuality, pansexuality, polysexuality, omnisexuality and so on)..there are minute, very minute differences and those differences matter to some people and thats okay... people should be able to identify however they want to..because at the end of the day the lgbt community is about love and acceptance and understanding. i myself identify as pansexual and my best friend identifies as bisexual and we both are attracted to all genders but thats just the way we feel comfortable identifying with those respective sexualities and thats okay
as a young indian i hope the lgbt community and members knows they have my full support irrespective of anything.
Is there any registered or legit support group for Lgbtq community ?

It means get rid of castism
