It is a great display tablet but the software it's horrible! Everytime you update the software you lose your saved profiles for the buttons on the side, and there is no fix, so you have to remapped them all over again. Also calibrating it's a must! And the screen protector that it comes with, even though has the paper feel which I love, scratches very easily. I love it but it could be better.
Yeah that part sucks a bit... but you can export all settings with the buttons and such, then import the next time you've updated it. That's been working for me :D
@@mri00s See that's what I did when I updated and still it didn't work, it kept giving me an error.
Hi! Do you have any tips on calibrating this screen in particular? I don't know why I haven't been able to successfully do it. The reds are extremely bright and the blues are off. I wish I has a Spider Calibration Thinguie but they're so expensive :')
@@mri00s Yeah, that's exactly the issue: It *doesn't* work.
The configurations from a previous version don't work on a newer, updated version of the XP-Pen's software manager.

I had a problem with connecting it and I still can’t 😭 It didn’t even work properly, it turned on and off randomly. And none of the tutorials helped, i’m really confused
I had the same problem. I managed to connect it but not like he did. My side bar and apps aren't visible. like I am surprised how he connected it so easily. So the first thing I suggest to you is to download the right drive. Apparently they have two "artist 16 pro" so made sure you downloaded the correct one. If it's still not working I will try to help you out
@@Anaa81932 i actually fixed it, I just needed to mirror the screen from my macbook to the tablet. But it’s bad that they never said the instruction on how to connect step by step in the journal that came with it.
Feature rich as they are, unfortunately these Xp Pen and Huion Screen Tablets simply do not last. The failure rate compared to cintiq is atrocious. Lines in screen, ribbon cable fails, no screen, etc.
And worse yet, it seems to happen after the warranty ends! Hopefully this changes, but until it does, I cannot recommend them.
I know so many that went back to their cintiqs. ):
The non-screen based line is fine though. For screens I recommend cintiq , ipad pro, or samsung Galaxy Tab S line.
If you really feel you must buy a kamvas or artist, get a 4 year protection warranty!
Thanks for the informations, I have Samsung s6 but I feel like I want to upgrade my level with windows softwares, and Wacom is over my budget.
