Same here - My Thunder Laser was the right investment and a high performing laser - 11 months in now and no issues. Clean, consistent and exacting cuts and engraves. Easy to use and minimal maintenance needed. Thanks - great interview. Cheers!
I have a Bolt too and I love it!. She's right, it wasn't hard to learn at all. I had to learn Lightburn, but it's not as hard as it looks. Thunder's customer service is awesome. I had an issue, that was my fault, on a Sunday. I sent an email and within 2 hours, I got an answer. I didn't expect one until that Monday. I own an Xtool F1 and the customer service is awful. I would buy another Thunder laser in a heart beat!
Katie this was insightful and helpful as I look to move past the GF. Is the Nova 24 sufficient for cutting 1/4 material on a daily basis? Both wood and acrylic? I want the 24 but fear it may not be what I want a few months in.
@@ValueDrivenLife2024 Yes 1/4” is material no problem, but if you have the budget and space, a higher wattage tube will allow you to cut faster and increase production capabilities.
@ThunderLaserUSA I'm still deciding. Rhonda was very helpful when we met a few weeks ago. Aeon is having a deal Mira 9 with a free fiber laser. I hate choices but I really like Thunder.
Katie mentioned a 1 hour training.... is she referring to the youtube videos on the Thunder website? Or is that something where you have an online class with someone at Thunder?

@@Matt_Hatt3r This is a 1:1 live video training we offer with many of our machines.
Which machine/s do you have? Which one did you get first?
Katie first got a Nova24. She later added a Bolt and Aurora 🙂
