The biggest question still is.. Will this come to India? Seeing Nissan's track record, I highly doubt that. If it comes than its greats for us car enthusiasts.
I had that theory of completely driving the car with electric power with engine just being a generator running at it’s highest efficiency point. Nice seeing it becoming popular
Honda is least bothered about their loyal City, Civic, CRV, Accord era buyer segment & overall Indian market, it's an dirty example of poor & casual approach by brand towards it's prestigious customer base & country.
Based on specs xtrail 2024 is less probability to compete with other brands of similar model, since this xtrail only has 3 cylinders even it is has close to 150bhp, Indian buyers mostly thinks whether it is worth spending nearly 40L for this though it is loaded with huge features. If it comes with 4 cylinders definitely a chance to come back for Nissan in India.
@nissan Plug in hybrids please, it makes complete sense for India: Electric car for city/office commutes and petrol engine for long Highway drives. PLEASE!
With these increasing hybrid tendency, will it be fun to drive??or is it like a jerky amt that lags when ever you hard press the accelerator??from my experience, and thoughts,i think the car needs motor assistance only when it is below a selected speed..unless,if it is kept running,it will result in good mileage( lockdown trip analysis,😅)
Nissan need to come up with Magnite facelift .. rather than doing media bluff Magnite needs a more refined engine and an upgraded interior ..competition is way ahead
I owned the previous version looking forward to buy the new face lift hopefully it launches in 2024 or 2025 with the four wheel drive system and hybrid option since I own a farmhouse in Dapoli I do alot of off-road driving lol I own a BMW X3 X5 X6 but not gonna ruin them going off-road that why I bought a budget Kia seltos 2024 though the Indian version dosent have all wheel drive sadly but it's still a great suv for soft roading
If the wheels are entirely powered by the electric motor, and the engine only charges the battery, it'll be interesting to see how this car feels when one presses the accelerator... Do the revs need to increase...? Or is there just a consistent thrum?
Nissan can only came back into suv fight or any car fight only, if they started manufacturing in India, if they don't provide there cas in the same price or lower price then their competitors then It can't survive for long 🙏🏻
To make it a sucess either the gov needs to reduce import duties and also extra tax on hybrid vehicles, and also adapt a pro liberals, global open market for car companies.
I think "pathfinder" is best car that Nissan should launch in Ind to compete against FORTUNER all these models have huge competition in their segment if it brought in CBU route than the end of Nissan will be near Jst launch pathfinder nd assemble it in Ind 🔥😌
Nissan India should launch the Nissan X-Trail e-Power (T33) 4WD + 1.0 in. Lift 1.5 DIG-T I3 iPHEV 22.0 kWh 5-Dr C-SUV (RHD) in India with the 4WD & PHEV . . . secondly Nissan seriously needs to swap the CVT with a proper 8-speed torque converter auto except for the pure iHYBRId® variant . . . we Indians know how sluggish CVTs can be . . . the Nissan Juke Ti (F16) 0.5 in. Lift 1.0 DIG-T I3 5-Dr C-SUV (RHD) is another vehicle worth considering for the India market . . . pity the Juke don't come with 4WD, not even as an option . . .
Nissan has to get serious about the business else it will be kicked out by Mahindra and Tata as it did to Ford and GM. Such an important unveiling event they could not get a top end variant? Everything looks very outdated, their battery got off during the event? They don't deserve the Indian market. They have taken it very lightly
With all carrying one or two mobiles , it should now be a mandatory to provide good docking places for Mobiles. Why no specific slots of adequate space ( designated) place is earmarked for mobiles ! Plz voice this
Tata and Maruthi are trying hard to kill off competition in low and medium budget cars. Nissan had to stop many designs due to this. With the Xtrail launch Nissan is entering a new and less explored budget range in India and will be competing with Toyota. All the best Nissan ❤
x trail was ahead of its time. I am using it for the past 12 years. Anyone who used it will not go for anything else. But now I regret as spares are costly and difficult to get. Nissan service centres don't have trained professionals to repair X Trail. unfortunately Nissan got it wrong. should have manufactured in India and should have given it for a lesser price. Now also Nissan is repeating the same mistake. Now everyone will compare with XUV 700 for features and price and Nissan will not be able to match XUV 700.
CBU means these will feel way over priced compared to the competition.
So happy to see Nissan India is putting the same effort into developing models as Nissan USA.
The biggest question still is.. Will this come to India? Seeing Nissan's track record, I highly doubt that. If it comes than its greats for us car enthusiasts.
Enthusiasts never vouch for Compact crossovers.
Let me tell u they are soon closing their company from India becoz Indian brands evolved a lot no need buy other brands at all
According to insider reports, x trail and qasqai is releasing. Juke is simply put up there
@@saipavanmokala736 I also feel the same. They are doing a cover up show before shutting down all operations.
@@saipavanmokala736 magnite sales seem to tell a different story...
I had that theory of completely driving the car with electric power with engine just being a generator running at it’s highest efficiency point. Nice seeing it becoming popular
Very cool design. The e-power version would be the one I would look out for
Honda please learn from Nissan. Please bring some global SUVs.
Honda is least bothered about their loyal City, Civic, CRV, Accord era buyer segment & overall Indian market, it's an dirty example of poor & casual approach by brand towards it's prestigious customer base & country.
Honda is known for Sedans while Nissan is known for SUVs, so you can't compare.
Will Teana come back again to India?
Based on specs xtrail 2024 is less probability to compete with other brands of similar model, since this xtrail only has 3 cylinders even it is has close to 150bhp, Indian buyers mostly thinks whether it is worth spending nearly 40L for this though it is loaded with huge features. Going by the looks, it surely is going to be a superhit if priced competitively. Go Nissan go, we are eagerly waiting for this product.
Diesel??
A diesel variant is highly preferred in India. Somewhat similar to keep compass 4WD.
@nissan Plug in hybrids please, it makes complete sense for India: Electric car for city/office commutes and petrol engine for long Highway drives. PLEASE!
Reuploaded?
Nissan another upcomming please showup 👍👍👍
Nissan should come with a diesel unit for India🇮🇳
Clearly not meant to cater to the mass market segment if it’s a CBU.. !
All new X-Trail please come to Indonesia 😭😭😭
This seems to b more premium than the Innova Hycross.. hope Nissan launches it in 2023 with a competitive price tag !

Seven seater ???

Expecting Nissan to launch Nissan Serena

Good 1 x-trail
NISSAN ❤
I am Nissan customer, there After Sales service Sucks big time 😠😔.. they are struggling to keep one model afloat in India.. what you expect NEXT 😢
CBU? Really?
Nissan Bring in the Juke Before X Trail
A Diesel engine is what will make a difference
Juke will be 20 lakhs. Qashqai will be 30 lakhs. X trail will be 40 lakhs.
Nissan is very serious with this launch
CBU !then its tough for success
Great car love ❤
Tbh interior look good but exteriors are only okay. I don't think it'll be successful in India if it's CBU
Kia and Hyundai are eating sub and above category sub sales.
No other company is making an effort to match the looks and performance both.
Nissan should bring the X-terra to compete with Fortuner
To make it a sucess either the gov needs to reduce import duties and also extra tax on hybrid vehicles, and also adapt a pro liberals, global open market for car companies.
Nice technology but ODD designs. This this price range we will expect it to be little beautiful
I think "pathfinder" is best car that Nissan should launch in Ind to compete against FORTUNER all these models have huge competition in their segment if it brought in CBU route than the end of Nissan will be near
Jst launch pathfinder nd assemble it in Ind 🔥😌
If it comes to India, will be pricey. For me, Sun roof is a gimmick.
Prefer a 4 cylinders 2 liter hybrid engine
Anything not much sort of ev..
I have extensive range anxiety over highway drives...
nice
The show car looks like it was a test car or something. All scratched up...
Jai Ho 🙏👍🙏👍

Won't work, xtrail was expensive as it is and a 5 seater whereas the same money could fetch you a 7 seater.
Nissan has to get serious about the business else it will be kicked out by Mahindra and Tata as it did to Ford and GM. Such an important unveiling event they could not get a top end variant? The company is struggling globally. What will matter is how things ultimately materialise, I would reserve early judgement
With all carrying one or two mobiles , it should now be a mandatory to provide good docking places for Mobiles. Why no specific slots of adequate space ( designated) place is earmarked for mobiles !

I have these SUVs come to India 😢
Nissan can’t pitch itself to Indian customers
Hello I'm early
Hit like of you're in 2024 😂
By today's design standards and what competition has to offer, X-Trail is still quite an outdated looking SUV, sadly!
Nissan is nissan
CBU?? Big mistake again by nissan
I would not buy this car for reasons:
1. Lack of ADAS
2. It’s not a pure Electric either
3. It’s a CBU hence expensive
Car 🚗 looks "OLD"
Late to the party
First comment
Nissan harrier.
Truth is nissan is not going to launch any of the these.....just gimmick marketing tactics.. nothing much
Don't want Nissan. Had enough of them
