Antiques Auction Walk Around (while filming BBC Bargain Hunt)

Whilst I was filming BBC Bargain Hunt and waiting for my turn to sell in auction, I had a quick walk around Bamfords auction in Derby and filmed some antiques that looked interesting to me. I’ve dropped the sold prices in as subtitles so you can see how much they made…or didn’t as some did not make their reserve
I’ve known James Lewis from Bamfords for many years and we’ve appeared together on several BBC shows over that time. He’s a great guy, super fun and an absolute expert in antiques. James doesn’t do much TV these days as he’s too busy running his auction room. Bamfords is based in Derbyshire and well worth a visit

No thanks on the fiberglass orangutang, or whatever he was. The blackamoors would get me picketed here, so no thanks. Hard pass on the Derby. The fiberglass swordsman was pretty awesome; my cousin would give him house room any time. I'd like the Dutch mini chest; it would be a great jewelry box. The desk with the lyre inlays would nice in the right room, but not in my room. What would I take home... can I have a Charlie Ross? I'd love a Charlie Ross.
