Nice terminator music at the end lol. When I first started watching your channel I didn’t really “get” crawling. Now I’ve got a Sport kit (not built), UMG10 kit (not built), SCX10-II Cherokee, and SCX24. Awesome that you are branching out (on the channel content I mean; I think you said you used to heavily into SCTs and buggies). Gonna be cool to have your style of reviewing (no bullshit, you weren’t sent items, etc) applied to non crawlers. Can’t wait for the comparison of Mojave vs UDR vs Losi Rey. Your channel, it’s a dream come true.

$150-$200 for one 6s lipo? You can get 2 nice 6s lipos for 200$!!! But I’m considering the Mojave! Is it still worth it ? Someone wants to trade me a Mojave 6s for one of my traxxas Maxx

Love the mojve! me and 4 friends bought each and did "raceprepp them"
Remove the drivers and the unessesary weight and then stiffen upp the whole car with oils springs and harder sway bars so the handling was better and them we race. so much fun!
20t pinion and hobbywing max6 with max punch really woke it up!
Remember to always tighten up your wheels before running it, otherwise they will loose and strip the wheel :P

Love how desert trucks move about on their suspension. Great to watch and Arrma definitely was on a winner with this car. Beefy as suspension arms... jeeez
The Traxxas UDR is an epic, more scale vehicle with it's solid rear axle and suspension setup, but also why it breaks it's rear trailing arms when bashed a little harder. UDR is harder to work on by far.....
Both look brilliant. My pick is the Mojave... Independent suspension works better in RC cars and the battery bays are a much better design with the Mojave. either way... they're both huge fun as RC cars...
Eagerly awaiting the next installment on this vehicle - want to learn more about the mods that you touched on at the end of the first video. I've had my Mojave for several weeks now, but holding off on any upgrades until I learn what you've found to work well. Keep up the great work!

@@RCReviewChannel That will be very interesting indeed: The Arrma is built like the proverbial tank, the Traxxas is more of a scale vehicle with weak suspension parts and plastic hexes - which are just silly. The Losi was designed as a UDR killer - and probably is, but there are some concerning reports about cheap and nasty gears falling apart! My money is on the Arrma...
@@thepilotxproject4035 The udr does not have weak suspension parts. No idea where you got that from. The udr only has 3 weak spots. Rear trailing arms, wheel hexes, and front center driveshaft. The arrma and traxxas are two different animals. The udr would perform better in an off road setting, or a big open field. The mojave would perform better at the skatepark. The sbr 2.0 is just a POS. It's not as scale as the udr and it's less durable than both the udr and mojave. The losi wasn't designed as a udr killer. They aren't even the same size. The only thing the sbr 2.0 kills is itself.
@@gasolinediesel972 So... The UDR is a flagship model, fairly (very!) expensive, and still sold with 3 known ready-to-break parts... It's also smaller than the similarly priced competition. I wouldn't buy the Losi over the Arrma in any way, shape, or form, but the UDR is just covering its weaknesses through fancy scale details... I'll pass - and most people will! The UDR is old news, call other models whatever you like.
@@thepilotxproject4035 The udr sells better than the mojave and sbr 2.0 combined. The udr really isn't a flagship model. It is rarely advertised. Traxxas might release one or two videos a year about the udr, but then they'll release multiple for the xmaxx. They do this because the xmaxx makes them more profit than the udr, and it also sells a little better because monster trucks have a higher demand than short course trucks. The mojave also has a major weak spot in the form of the chassis. The aluminum chassis bends SOOO easily. All of the upgrades for the udr add up to about $50. The upgraded chassis for the mojave is well over double that. The mojave is also old news, because literally nobody still talks about it. It came and went.
I’ve got the senton v1 had it since launch great truck but want a 6s arrma now like the mojave or fireteam does the mojave fill up with dirt like the senton? Pain to clean
Bruh you should have gotten the red one. Its looks 10 times better. Anyway. And pleeeasse switch out the radio to something nice, like a futaba. And put some silicone earplugs in the centre diff it makes it so much better and makes drifting even better. Have fun, the mojave won’t let you down. Also just saw that you bought the max8 esc and i just want to tell you that the stock esc is a max 8

First time, I saw the Mojave, I felt in deep love. Especially the replace body in stars and stripes is a big eye catcher for me. Thought, I will buy the big brother for my Senton 6S V1. But there's not enough space to run around my hometown, so I decided to buy a crawler as an opposite to my Senton (Enduro Sendero - thanks Francis, for the Sendero reviews🙏🏼)
The Mojave is a very impressive and beautiful, capable rc car!
The very beginning of the video where Mojave is climbing a hill and throwing leaves out 15 ft was the best moment of my year. Thanks for that man.
If it's a Hobbywing rebranded, try using a Hobbywing program card
double the size,weight ,cell count and price. 1/6th speed increase. Not all about speed i know but i will stick with the senton

I found the castle mamba monster x and 2200 combo is the best for lower speed control it's sendsord and flat out huals ..ss and put 1m diff fluid in center helps alot.but I would check them only thing I don't like about arrma they did put enough from factory or some had none I own ten and counting all had same issue from 3s to 8s this is one that still don't have in the stable yet.watch rich dubash channel he gives some of the best information out there on arrmas and there little issue keep up great work and can't wait to see what you do with it.

why you don't put an 8s arrma system in it? or a max6, i think the max8 is not gonna make much difference

I got the EXb version and added a hobby Wing 1650 KV with the Max 6 and man it is beautiful way better than arma's electronics and Polo creations make some awesome lights for it awesome lights

These 6s batteries are pricey. It held us back from the vehicles for a while for sure.

How long is the run time on this little beast? I've been eyeing one for a while but this channel has made me spend most of my RC funds on crawlers lately :) Looking forward to the progress on the Mojave. Keep up the good work!
20 mins or so at mostly wide open on a 50c 5000 mah reaction 2 lipo and or a 50c 5200 mah powerhobby lipo run time can be more just depends on how hard you run it ,they both work good for me hope this helps!

One of the best RTRs out there, bar none. Probably the best basher. It comes at a price, but it works on every level. Worth it!

@@RCReviewChannel Everything breaks, but the strength of this truck is borderline ridiculous. Judging from what I've seen, a "cheap" entry-level radio (bought the FS-GT5 you recommended for 3 of my projects) and a better servo raise it to a kit performance level. In a strange way, it's quite a bargain. I really appreciate you actually paid for this!

How's the UDR different and what does it do better than the Mojave you think?
UDR is solid rear axle with a locker. It steers with the throttle a lot more.

It was. Until the SBR 2.0 came out.
For the money get a kraton or revo. Both have strengths and weaknesses. Much cheaper, just as powerful and fast, but bigger tires and cooler tricks.
