Absolutely amazing and It does not look over the top….
Thanks for sharing
Such a nice clean built tundra. Well done.
I have a 2016 Tundra. I have been adding stuff over the years. The Decked system is sweet.
I love what he does to these trucks. Wish I could sent him one to build for me.
This is a killer build, I definitely got some ideas for my tundra
Great build, you all did a hell of a job on that! High clearance rear bumper on the back would be killer
Thank you. Its all about the customer needs for us.
Wow ! So much love in this truck .
Absolutely a beautiful build. The attention to detail is incredible. IMO you guys build the best off road vehicles.
Thank you. We definitely do it different than others and appreciate when people notice. Cheers
@@TAVLLC where are you at to do truck builds
@@leeproffitt69 Remember back in the early 2000s when "Google is your friend." was said?
It's still viable today.
Awesome content - please keep making videos.
love this build Great job
Thank you!
love the build.
Beautiful build boys, cheers!
Thank you
So sick👍🏻
Awesome build
Thanks!
Have you video editor add some b-roll of the baja design lights showing the low power and high power make it easier for people to get when your explaining it. Nice rig.
So cool! I gotta figure out when to get my tundra over there
Not to be smart, but they come with wheels and a drivetrain. ;) jk. Give us a call and we can chat with you about the options and what would work for you. Cheers
Can't hide that money player, super nice!
Awesome Tundra build! I'm buying a new Tundra this year and will be starting my adventures as I'm going to be semi-retired and mountain biking and camping across N. American. I'm looking to have a Overland Truck I can travel "off the beaten path" in between States
Right on!
Amazing.
Nice rig
Very nice!
Thanks!
😍😍 I need to work harder
Gorgeous looking at thing. Do you prepare trucks for desert racing also?
If the front wheels are 2 inches wider do you compensate for the rear to match. Just curious
Great build, thank you for sharing. The rear shock relocation is genius. Do you ever use air bags on the rear to adjust for varied loads? What are the solutions for you employ for additional fuel or larger fuel capacity for the Tundras?
If you can give us a call at the shop we can go over all the details to your questions or you can check out our other tundra walk around videos where we focus on the fuel and spring rate solutions.
Your builds are functional works of art. Any idea when you'll build out one of the new Tundra's?
If you check our instagram, you will see that we just picked up two new ones for a client last week. We will be doing something even more epic with them.
Did you have to drill holes on the roof to install roof rack?
What Is the load rating on these leaf springs?
Enjoying your channel. Great builds. Im from California, have you had any customers from here?
We have a great deal of clients from California. Most of our clients are from out of state and there are a bunch from the east coast. Even though we are a very small company we have about seven trucks that we are building that will be shipping to places like Mongolia, Belize and Costa Rica.
How is the rear FrontRunner rack attached to the RLD? Looking to do something similar with mine and it looks like maybe you omitted the aluminum tracks and instead mounted the rack directly to the RLD channels? If so, how did you attach them together? Thanks!
my only complaint and im only speaking from limited experience, the cut off exhaust dumped at the rear leaf's and such. my experience not on a tundra but i had similar systems that caused rust issues from exhaust gasses breaking things down
I love it, if there is 1 more very important mod that I wish someone could do is payload. There should be a mod to increase payload, adding airbags or different leaf springs makes it carry loads better but doesn’t increase payload capacity. I’m sure that tundra is over it’s payload capacity but most people don’t care about that.
There is no mod that can increase the payload. The manufacturer sets the payload capacity based off of many variables. This truck as it appears is well within the stock payload. Stock payload on this truck is about 1,630 lbs. What the customers do with the vehicle later is up to them. Depending on what the truck needs to do we address important areas that do make the truck handle even better and safer than stock. Things like spring rates, shock valving, stronger brake systems, proper gear ratio’s and at times completely replacing the rear axle housing to a much stronger unit. The manufacturer will invest as little money as possible during the manufacturing process to meet the payload, fuel efficiency and safety numbers set by the engineers and governments in order to maximize the profit margin at the dealership. That is where the payload capacity and GVWR is born. That can’t be changed later unless the built vehicle is put through an impossible amount of tests to certify a new capacity. There are many more details that could be listed but hopefully this will just shed a little bit of light on the subject.
@@TAVLLC yea makes sense, thank you
Awesome build guys, working on my gen 2.5 tundra and love getting inspiration from all your builds. What bed stiffeners do you guys use in this build ?
Total Chaos
😍🤤🤤
How much does it all cost is the final decision to whom can actually afford it?
Love it. What did this build cost? If you don’t mind sharing. I know your website says to contact for further info but just curious as to a ball park figure. Keep up the awesome work.
Hey Grant, We don't share this as it fluctuates with material costs and supply chain. But our customers know what they want and while some have no issue with just sending a check, others have to save and plan a bit. But each one leaves with a vehicle that is built for them and their needs.
Probably 19-40k minus the base vehicle.
@@heavyarms951 Uh, no, PLUS the price of the vehicle. Or "built on customers supplied truck".
That cost a lot I tell you that lol. Just in racks, decked system and awning he’s near 10k easily.
They don't share because it's very pricey lol. It's kickass no doubt. But very common business practice to not divulge the price of expensive things without some form of contact with the company. It leads to less profit :)
how much does that truck wieght?
Have you noticed any problems with how close the bump stop is to the frame? It looks like it only has 6 or so inches before impact. I had those exact ones on my Tacoma with a 3 inch expedition leaf spring and it was always slamming so hard ?
Nope no issues
How much would it be for everything in this video?
Looks really good sitting on the tarmac. Some footage off road????????
It’s not our truck to take off-road. If the client wants to share some content of him taking it off-road then we would be happy to post it.
Does this Bumper and lights interfere with the 2021 Toyota front grill logo that has a sensor? Thanks in advance
nope not on this truck.
Does the water tank run on a pump or is it gravity fed?
Gravity.
Coming in a little late, but any regrets with the 4.88 gearing? I have 2nd gen. currently running 35's and I'm going with 5.29 gears. Any input would be appreciated. Absolutely beautiful rig BTW.
Both 4.88 and 5.29 work great on these tundras with 37’s. It just depends on what you want your highway cruising rpm’s to be.
How much are a set of fenders for a 2013 tundra? Also do you cut the cab corners with this lift or not?
We dont quote prices online. Best to call the shop or send an email.
What’s the rack in the bed holding the wolf packs?
RLD
I just want to know if you can daily drive it and also what kinda mileage it gets after it's built probably better than we think but yea
In our stage 3, supercharged tundra with 37’s and 5.29 gears we get 16 mpg with the camper on it as a daily driver. It’s the most fuel efficient truck we’ve had.
@@TAVLLC wow thats amazing and I saw that video of the truck not fully finished and it looks amazing and with that fuel economy definitely worth the money
Roughly $40k in?
Have you noticed any flex with the loaded expedition one bumper while off roading?
Yup. The only bumpers or tire carriers I’ve seen without any movement when driving have three or four points of contact. Not allowing it to move.
@@TAVLLC copy that! Thank you and have a great new year!
You too!
Nice truck!! Are you gonna put Portals on your truck?
We have some things coming up...
Wats the cost for a build like that I have the exact same truck trd pro no mods
We don't quote prices, the best is to either fill out our contact form or call the shop and talk to us about what you are looking for. Each build is unique to the owner based on what they want to use the truck for.
Crazy stuff. How much would this build cost me (if I supply the stock 2007-2021 truck)?
best option is give us a call or send and email. Each vehicle is personalized to the owner so things might change for what your needs are.
Curious if you all have ever done a blackout system to kill all visible lights and mount IR lights?
That is coming up on two future builds we are doing for a client.
So, I really like this bumper. Where to get it?
you can give us a call and order it through us!
What is the name of the switch for the lp9s.
Its the universal switch for the LP9/LP6 series
Where is your shop? I want this exact build on my 2019 tundra . How much for this exact build ?
We are based in Albuquerque NM. The best bet is to fill out the contact form on our site and we can have a consultation. We don't quite any prices over social media.
There is not sway bar?
Nope. We dont use them in our trucks.
Question. Can a 2020 Tundra Limited, with an offroad package, be built for an offroad/ overlanding rig? How well can it do? Or would the extra money be better off spent on the TRD Pro?
That 2020 limited tundra will do just fine, build it up and be way more capable than a stock trd pro
You’re better off starting with the Limited as your base build, and this is coming from a TRD Pro owner. You’re going to replace just about everything the TRD Pro comes with anyways, no sense on paying a premium for suspension, skids, etc that’s you’ll just be replacing.
Did you add a supercharger to this Tundra?
Not to this one.
@@TAVLLC Any reason the customer didn’t want the supercharger? Seems like a smart option
with the increased weight and drag on a Stage 2 build.
It’s definitely nice to have the supercharger on any build but since we regear these trucks with the proper gear ratio to tire size the trucks do very well and don not feel heavy or sluggish. It all depends on the customers needs and budget requirements.
is this a custom color?
Nope. It’s painted to match the stock cement grey from Toyota.
Wow !!
Well done & well said
Beautiful job
Truck porn
I want one !!
what's the price to build a rig like this?
Its different for each customer. We build for what they need.
@@TAVLLC I love this build.
There is no sway
bar?
Nope
@@TAVLLC Thanks I love this truck! This is my
dream Tundra
Right on!
Where are yall located at?
Albuquerque NM
Nice, but I guarantee this build is north of $40000
That’s a 2nd gen, not a 3rd gen…just saying.
Yeah
How do I buy this truck 😅
Money CAN buy happiness!
