    I think this is one of the most productive studies I’ve had in recent times. Thank you for focusing a direction for me to follow as I study.

    Thank you for this ! I needed to hear this as I had a distorted view of the Holy Spirit lately. I had quit talking to Him because I thought in this dispensation He was not working in me because it ceased but He is still helping me through these rough times that we go through here on earth. ❤️🙏🏻

    Pastor, thank you for all your teaching. I always learn so much. Sometimes I think Christians don't really understand the very significant works of the Holy Spirit. Totally love your easy direct approach of teaching Scripture. I am always encouraged to dive even deeper for myself. Thank you again. 👑🙏❤️

    About a week ago, on your teaching about the judgement seat of Christ, I asked some questions you didn't answer. On the topic of this video more questions added to my previous ones because they overlap with this subject.
    I'll ask them again but I'll add that you mentioned romans 8:9 that says "But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he is not His." Doesn't this sound as if the proof that you have the Spirit is that you do not walk in the flesh? As if saying if you are in the flesh is because the Spirit is not in you?
    What is walking in the flesh? Sinning?
    I'll ask the questions you didn't answer me before again:
    Verses you mentioned had made me always doubt about the OSAS doctrine. Words like condemnation have always made me wonder. For example, romans 8:1-2 sounds like as long as you walk in the Spirit and not in the flesh (not in the sins of galatians 5: 19) you aren't condemned. Sounds like works salvation because what else be the result of condemnation but eternal punishment?
    Although it may not apply to us, but Jesus said "he who does not believe has already been condemned". In this verse, what was the condemnation? I'm assuming hell. How can we know for certain what is the condemnation of romans 8:1?
    The other verse you mention on Timothy 3:7 I think it was, about not allowing a novice to become a bishop, how can a saved person fall into the condemnation of the devil if salvation can't be lost? I say salvation because what was the condemnation of the devil but to lose his status and not ever be saved again?
    Thanks 😊

    Would you do a video on the rapture?
    Your thoughts/understanding as to approximately when. Not asking to set any dates or anything like that.
    I know the Bible doesn't give a whole lot of information on this but anything on your thoughts would be helpful. I believe God designed everything on a 7000 year timeline. Therefore, if we subtract 1000, y millennial and 7 year tribulation....we must be very close.?

      @C. M. It is folly to set dates, but it does seem that the 7 millennium concept makes sense. Grace.

    Thanks David.
    John 6:44 KJV.
    The "Drawing" of God?
    Verse: God draws us to Jesus and He (Jesus) will raise him up at the last day.
    What is the "Drawing" through "special revlation"?
    So; the 1.H.S. convicts.
    " 2.H.S. wakes unknown interest.
    " 3.H.S. imparts new desire.*
    Can this new "desire" lead to a fanatical christian chacterization identity for oneself?
    Not to say thats bad, after all Jesus was sometimes identified as such. I'm trying to decipher a tolerance of range, if you please.
    Thanks.

    • @ColumbusBibleChurch
      @ColumbusBibleChurch  Год назад

      @Rick Sullivan A verse that helps clarify the drawing is John 16:13. Hope this helps. Alleluia.

    • @ricksullivan2135
      @ricksullivan2135 Год назад

      @@ColumbusBibleChurch no, sorry still not there. The "Drawing" I understand to be from God, thats His doing, IF we adhere to this Drawing He leads us to Jesus and Jesus said ALL those that the Father has given to Him (Jesus) He will raise on the last days. Maybe this teaching is too hard.
