My car was running very nicely with the upgraded cams and tune. Much better and quicker throughout the rev range compared to stock cam. I made 230whp on a very stiff dyno. Torque went up from 150 to 160ft-lbs. Huge improvement in midrange.
K24 motors make alot of torque vs the F20C. Power readings are also dependant on the dyno. My F20C with bolt ons and a tune makes more peak power than all the K20 & K24 powered cars with the same mods, on the same dyno. The midrange on the K motors puts the F20c to shame tho.
CEL and Airbag lights were on due to running a US spec ecu on a Euro Spec car. Jeff Evans cleared all the codes for me. The US cars have some different settings so I just needed someone like Jeff to solve the problem.
It's crazy how Americans can't seem to do a simple conversion in their head. I'm Canadian and can easily convert in real time. But even if you're unable to do that, knowing a few key speeds would make it easier.

Yes I also had the whine after I installed them. I removed them after 2 years/5000kms, there was no wear to any components.

What does it idle at when fully warmed up in neutral??
1000rpm, same as stock
You can fix that check engine light with a piece of electrical tape😉
