I started doing this challenge with my mom over facetime so we have a way to connect with each other after a long day. I moved 2000 miles away from her recently and this series has been awesome for us ❤️
Dear Kassandra, I have been doing yoga every day for a year! Today is my one-year anniversary of doing yoga with you and I thought I would share and thank you. today was my first time in a very long time doing yin yoga. I never really practiced it with a good intent other than stretching out my body. today felt a bit different towards the end of the night. I feel uncertain if I am doing it right but with time and faith I'll get the hang of it. thank you Kassandra for helping me everyday!
#goodevening...I have been following you since February at the insistence of my daughter and granddaughter..They were worried about me...I was in a really stressful situation and I was looking and feeling pretty bad..on February first I started doing the morning challenge...Within a few days I started noticing a slight difference.. As I continued with your practices I started to really have a change in myself...Anxiety started to lessen.. I was able to sleep better and feel better ..They saw me a few weeks later and noticed the change in me.. I can now face daily challenges without falling apart...I still get anxious but now It doesn't stay with me very long...And they don't occur very often...Thank you so much for being here,,,You are an angel...Namaste...
First of all, I love your yoga classes; I checked others, and just didn't do it for me. I am also so very grateful for your short flows (10-15 mins); they helped me stay with my practice which I had just begun more seriously year before Covid hit and everything shut down. Although I progressed to including longer classes, I love the shorter ones for days I am short on time and for after other workouts. Also my senior cat, Socrates, loves to lay down next to me every time I do yoga. Thank you Kassandra! Love and light to you! 💖🧘♀️
I have been in a huge rut since COVID lockdowns. Severe isolation and lack of physical activity. I have failed these last few years to find a stride again with yoga, and being a human in general. These videos (as well as your Forrest yoga wrist video❕) have helped me so much. I am going on Day 7 tonight, and actually have something to look forward to every day now❕ Thank you, dear angel, for your contributions to the yoga world, youtube world, and world of humans. What a blessing it is to have you here with me on this journey.
I’m not a huge fan of yin, prefer the slow flows and stretch slow flows, but I am committed to this 30day programme so im in 🙌. I appreciate that we are holding each yin pose for a shorter time than typical yin 👍. So Thankyou for that, still a great calming stretch to end the day and reflect. Loving having a affirmation in any practice or mindful thoughts directed during yoga classes as something to dedicate and reflect on when minds wander. Also doing the 30day morning movement again as I’m sure many are. Xx equally wonderful. #goodevening
Just wanted to write the same. I tried yin classes only once or twice, since i could not enjoy. Now a struggle too, not to fidget. Guess a good challenge for me, since i am restless otherwise too;) but enjoying the effects before sleep still. We can do this;)
@@annaboda08 i know this comment is old, but when I can't sit in a yin pose I find that means I've gone too far! if you can find your "edge" where you feel it a little but its not overbearing, you're able to relax into the pose and slowly go further! hope this helps
I didn’t catch onto this until you were like in day 25 or so. I started back at day one and I’m on day six and I feel really good. Thank you for doing this Kassandra! Blessed be
#GoodEvening This one was amazing. Something has been stuck tight in my right hip for days now and this just released it. Also, halfway through while repeating the affirmation I realized the infinite source of love also included love for myself. This was liberating!
Hi Kassandra. ✨ I have stage 3 endometriosis which has spread to my organs and psoas, and wanted to tell you how much your videos have helped me to work through the pain. I can finally sleep more than two hours at a time, and know what to do for some relief when I’m having a particularly difficult day. I cannot thank you enough…You’ve changed my life! 🙏😭♥️
