When we found out, we bleached my hair, used tea tree shampoo and conditioner, slaved over the table for hours combing the lice out, used chemical treatment, blow dried my hair every time I had a shower( for heat), and ironed my hair to kill them with heat. They were gone in three days. I never felt so victorious
I also had lice about 2 years ago so then there was a tv ads of lice killing medicine called (Alice) and it workss really well all lice in my head were gone till now there is no lice in my head and i heard that lices like healty hair and scalp mine are'nt so they couldn’t live for so much long even 🤷♀️

So eventually back this May we went to a professional lice removal place and they took care of it. Dad gum those little buggers. (Lice, despite being embarrassing, is nothing to be ashamed of and they don’t signify anything. :D)

Head lice is the worst. I had it all throughout different times in middle school and I ended up being out for weeks at a time because it would keep coming back even after my parents tried so hard to get rid it of it between me and my sister. We tried everything from home remedies to special lice products (nothing really worked) until my wonderful principal (Thanks Dr Bloom 🙂) decided to cover the first round of treatment at this very nice place and it was afterwards that I was officially lice free. I think he felt bad that I was missing a lot of school and the fact that we were trying everything to get rid of it that he decided to pitch in and help us.. Which I'm super thankful for.

I was making a Total DramaRama in a nutshell series, and this was the first episode I intended to make a nutshell of, but my mind refused. The episode was about the kids were just minding there own business, than ganster lice showed up and started an all out WAR, the kids were so upset and hurt, I never wanted it to happen to them ever again (to me, in real life there my friends and look up to me (mainly because of the height difference)), everything was going fine for a while, but than one day at school (it started BEFORE the quarantine, but I found out AFTER it started (the quarantine, NOT the lice)) my head started itching, I treated it like nothing, but than I couldn't take it much anymore, so I had my mom look through my hair and, it happened, it turned out I had lice, but life isn't Total DramaRama (spoiler alert), SO A MONKEY DIDN'T JUST RUN IN SHAVE ME BALD AND THAN EAT THE LICE!!!!! I was so upset, than I thought "What about the kids, they handled this before, but they didn't do it well" I didn't want to end up accidentally amaging I infected them, so I avoided those inmaginare kids like the plage until the lice were gone, there was no way I was going to have the kids suffer from it a SECOND time, even on my channel, I didn't ignolage them, I posted Pokemon instead, because they never had any crazy like a Pokemon themed after LICE (Joltic doesn't count that's a TICK), but for a while it did ruin my Sword plans, I was planning on using a Blibug, got the lice later on, didn't want to use one anymore, this whole experience made me miss at bit of TDR, and it ruined bug type Pokemon for me

I got lice a couple times as a kid and I remember my mom and I were up late into the night brushing out my hair in the hopes that we could zap the little things off. When I was in middle school I had baby sat a kid with lice. My mother didn’t believe me when I said I had it and it grew to an infestation! School nurse said it was the worse she had ever seen... my neglectful mom didn’t do anything til the third time I was sent home. All the kids at school made fun of me and I almost lost a friend because of it. (Her mom wanted her to stay away from me so she ignored me to get me to stop being around her)

Head lice is the worst. I had it all throughout different times in middle school and I ended up being out for weeks at a time because it would keep coming back even after my parents tried so hard to get rid it of it between me and my sister. We tried everything from home remedies to special lice products (nothing really worked) until my wonderful principal (Thanks Dr Bloom 🙂) decided to cover the first round of treatment at this very nice place and it was afterwards that I was officially lice free. I think he felt bad that I was missing a lot of school and the fact that we were trying everything to get rid of it that he decided to pitch in and help us.. Which I'm super thankful for.

@@Bedic-Mag So did I. I got teased by a couple of classmates who used to call me "Little Licey" at lunch and in the halls. Word got around quick and even after I was clean ppl were still cautious to be around me but eventually everyone kind of forgot about it.

I never had to cut my hair whenever I had lice, My mother got one of those really powerful shampoos for the lice eggs and washed my hair to get rid of the existing ones. But man I hate that shampoo, it smells so so bad I was scared of it going to my eyes
I had lice too, the first time I didn't treat it as much of a problem, I was only like 4 or 5 years old, but the second time it was this same year, got them gone the end of the second to last week of last month, but that time, it felt more uncomfortable for my mind, so, I'm really interested in Total DramaRama, and last year, Cartoon Network aired an episode of it that scared me, from where I'm going you know what it's about, LICE!!! I was making a Total DramaRama in a nutshell series, and this was the first episode I intended to make a nutshell of, but my mind refused. The episode was about the kids were just minding there own business, than ganster lice showed up and started an all out WAR, the kids were so upset and hurt, I never wanted it to happen to them ever again (to me, in real life there my friends and look up to me (mainly because of the height difference)), everything was going fine for a while, but than one day at school (it started BEFORE the quarantine, but I found out AFTER it started (the quarantine, NOT the lice)) my head started itching, I treated it like nothing, but than I couldn't take it much anymore, so I had my mom look through my hair and, it happened, it turned out I had lice, but life isn't Total DramaRama (spoiler alert), SO A MONKEY DIDN'T JUST RUN IN SHAVE ME BALD AND THAN EAT THE LICE!!!!! I was so upset, than I thought "What about the kids, they handled this before, but they didn't do it well" I didn't want to end up accidentally amaging I infected them, so I avoided those inmaginare kids like the plage until the lice were gone, there was no way I was going to have the kids suffer from it a SECOND time, even on my channel, I didn't ignolage them, I posted Pokemon instead, because they never had any crazy like a Pokemon themed after LICE (Joltic doesn't count that's a TICK), but for a while it did ruin my Sword plans, I was planning on using a Blibug, got the lice later on, didn't want to use one anymore, this whole experience made me miss at bit of TDR, and it ruined bug type Pokemon for me

My parents used the tea tree shampoo stuff. To this very day I can't so much as smell that shampoo anymore. The bottle alone makes me a bit anxious. 😅
You’re supposed to brush out the hair first? I got lice a couple times as a kid and I remember my mom and I were up late into the night brushing out my hair in the hopes that we could zap the little things off. After a few long and painful hours we found out my hair was too thin for the comb. I bawled my eyes out lol

Ive gotten head lice from one of my friends in the end of third grade, and had them for around a week, and i was combed and treated with tea tree oil and afterwards used a shampoo every day. So, a few weeks later my arms break out in a rash and it turned out that I was allergic to tea tree oil :/
