- We planned to winter in Wrangell, Alaska. Plans changed! It is cold and Eric wants to go south for the winter. The Inside Passage is a challenge in winter, but we are going to try it! This is the second leg from Ketchikan, Alaska to Prince Rupert, BC with a stop over in Foggy Bay. We got a huge surprise outside of Dundas Island. The locals explained the reason when we got to Prince Rupert. These are our adventures in Alaska on our Nordhavn. How we live and where we go.... and sharing information on our anchorages.

Wonderful boat. Looks very sea worthy! Anytime any season in Alaska I love. Watching you do this in the Winter is amazing. Show more of the inside of your boat sometime, would love to see how you live on it day to day!!!
When you leave in the dark, aren’t you worried about hitting logs in the water????
Thanks for watching! It is a very sea worthy boat. Yes, I do worry about hitting logs. He gets way to anxious to get going! I am trying to figure out how to do the day to day... but I get so dang busy during those times.
Wow what a difference a year makes! Some very interesting conditions you have been hit with. I will say this, Alaska is stunning no matter when you are there.
We have been commenting on how much has happened in a year! We are shocked!
Looked like fun nothing like a few waves and a little bit of wind to remind you that your on a boat 😁😉. What time dose it get dark in your neck of the woods now?
