That is why an associate has to come over to delete the item for you, plus the worker typically will take the item with them afterwards. Also to whatever her 2nd point was... Self Checkout is like the Fast Lane. 10 items or less, get in, get out. If you're going to self check out with a cart full of stuff, you're shopping wrong and wasting everybody's time.

The woman with the Michaels gripe: How about you calculate what you can afford before you get all the crap and/or use that fabulous creative big brain to figure out what you actually plan to purchase before the register instead of bringing the whole store to the checkout and deciding you want 2 things. Because people that work there have to put all your bull$h*t back. Complete lunacy that one.

I mean I got my own beef with Michael’s cause I couldn’t buy anything online and had to have a 30 minute phone call to order 3 things. That is something worth complaining about not the self checkout lmao
Eminem fans trying desperately to defend the line "I can rhyme orange with banana, booooornana, eating pork rinds in pajamas, playin' fortnite with your grandma".
So I think I get what the Michaels lady is saying. A lot of people are walking around grabbing stuff for different projects, often times stuff they don’t even need, a self checkout may give the customers more time to realize a lot of the things they grabbed the don’t need and decide to not get. Being the person to ring up the items and see the amount go up and up may work against Michael’s. Then again you can say that for any store, especially places like Target and now Costco
There's many sources stating different dates for Gen Z/Millennials. Specifically the late 90's range. I'm '96 and some sites say it's Gen Z and some say it's Millennials. It's late '96 as well, so I just count myself as both.
I work with people older and younger that don't care about soaking up the tiktok or other garbage. They just do it. I have family that rather stay clueless and media illiterate. Ah the human majority ...finds it boring to facts and face feels in a healthy way
There was a movement to cancel Eminem. Especially for the song "I love the way you lie" with Rihanna, which, for some reason, was taken as a glorification for domnestic violence

If I was in a store and a guy started screaming like that, I would tackle him because I would be expecting him to pull out a weapon. How sad is it that the people think this is funny?
I'm a member of Gen Z, and I kept seeing old people resharing those Gen Z is doomed videos all over Facebook, and I always saw them as either staged, or the interviewer only showed the few people who gave wrong answers because old people LOVE to critique any generation that's not theirs, so those videos naturally get more views. I can answer all those questions in those videos off the top of my head because even though I was taught them from a young age, it's not like technology has completely destroyed us as a generation, or we're all completely stupid. As long as we were taught those subjects at some point, we know the answers. One thing I keep seeing too, is every insult is thrown, no matter what: the girl or boy throws a blank and takes a little longer to recall an answer or just gives the first answer that pops into their head, and Boomers go, "See? They'll never amount to anything! That generation is doomed!" Ironically, I've seen the same thing happen to them when they're interviewed the same way. Picture going through a normal day, and someone shoves a camera and microphone in your face and starts asking random, off-topic questions. I highly doubt you'll answer every question flawlessly.
It's sad to see that the youth makes these stupid 25-40 second videos on a social media to get attention. And then they get their grandparents/ their parents to act horrible infront of everyone. And also it's sad to see gen z slowly will watch a random 15-40 second clip on a cringe social media and scream loudly and act homophobic at a local Walmart store to upload it on TikTok to get MILLIONS OF VIEWS
Okay the reason why am “associate” has to delete the item for you is because if you could just delete items yourself then so many people would just delete items and walk away with them, it’s an anti theft precaution
The receptionist in the dentist office or whatever wasn't in a conversation- if you listen, there are 2 people talking to each other. One mentions her mom dying and the other responds and the first keeps going. She's being quiet because other people are talking because shes not a rude asshole, which you basically accused her of being.
What August said happened is unfortunately what happened. I live in the county where this office is located. What he showed isn’t the entire TikTok, but the full TikTok really circulated in my county. She put the patient on speakerphone so everyone could hear here because the receptionist didn’t like how much the patient was talking. She asked her why she hadn’t been to the dentist for so long and the patient was answering her and was talking about her mom dying being the reason she hadn’t been to the dentist. So, yes, they laughed about the receptionist getting mad and flipping off the camera about having to talk to the grieving woman.
When I see those videos of people on the street not able to answer the simplest of questions I just refuse to ever believe those people are that dumb, like it has to be a case of extreme mind blank from being nervous about being on camera or they just have to be fake
Just remember if you do something stupid and cringey in a store the employees are making fun of you

watching those people scream in public places made me feel like I injected cringe into my body
That Target guy is going to get an involuntary psych hold
3:20 bro just screamed my birthday 😭
That Michaels Karen really gives off That Vegan Teacher vibes 😆
Man 6:50 was actually a good bar ngl
2:35 i cant wait for one of these guys to say something vague enough to be perceived as a threat and get shot by someone who was concealed carrying a firearm
I mean I got my own beef with Michael’s cause I couldn’t buy anything online and had to have a 30 minute phone call to order 3 things. That is something worth complaining about not the self checkout lmao
I've never met an Eminem fan who wasn't totally cringe.
Eminem fans trying desperately to defend the line "I can rhyme orange with banana, booooornana, eating pork rinds in pajamas, playin' fortnite with your grandma".
@@grandmasteryoda2605 you tried
@@grandmasteryoda2605You cannot deny the fact he do be playing Fortnite with your grandma tho
@@narusuke413 tried what brother
I’ve met a few decent ones
7:08 "i feel LIKE THIS VIDEO" makes the like button light up
So I think I get what the Michaels lady is saying.
0:08 who does not know what y.e.s spells?!
Tiktok is the one uncle in the family that you keep trying to forget.
I work with people older and younger that don't care about soaking up the tiktok or other garbage. They just do it.
I have family that rather stay clueless and media illiterate. Ah the human majority ...finds it boring to facts and face feels in a healthy way
8:07 your faith in humanity is greater than mine. 😅
I love the how he had the perfect face for you explaining that mom tiktok.
There was a movement to cancel Eminem. Especially for the song "I love the way you lie" with Rihanna, which, for some reason, was taken as a glorification for domnestic violence
That question of what y-e-s spell reminds me of this:
"what does y-e-s spell?"
"Yes"
"What does e-y-e-s spell"
"yes"
"*Laugh* what does y-e-s spell"
"Yes"
"What does e-y-e-s spell"
"E-yes?"
The lady in the car got the fans going, that's why you think it sounds like the car is moving.
2:00 Smoking won't affect the child type stuff
If I was in a store and a guy started screaming like that, I would tackle him because I would be expecting him to pull out a weapon. How sad is it that the people think this is funny?
Some people resorting to making these is honestly sad,
Quality
Quantity
1:05 Modern Spongebob be like:
7:36 at least the beat is fire
That generation is doomed!"
Ironically, I've seen the same thing happen to them when they're interviewed the same way.
I’m sick then I watch this video. It makes me think that I’m okay, and I feel grateful for it
Okay the reason why am “associate” has to delete the item for you is because if you could just delete items yourself then so many people would just delete items and walk away with them, it’s an anti theft precaution
Remember being told that people should larf with you and not at you. I don't think anyone ever told these people that growing up.
The yes one at the start makes me think of "what does y e s spell?" "Yes" "what does e y e s spell?" "Eyes(think of the e in e-verify)"
You know what’s more worst than these TikToks are Annoying TikTokers that say "wait don’t scroll"
@august the first time you found the worst tik toks I was kinda disappointed but you really delivered this time
Alright guys we can get through this together😖
*hear her
"That's not how that works!" 😂😂😂😂 I literally love how he says what we are all thinking!!
When I see those videos of people on the street not able to answer the simplest of questions I just refuse to ever believe those people are that dumb, like it has to be a case of extreme mind blank from being nervous about being on camera or they just have to be fake
5:31 i love my mother and just the thought of her not being with me makes me feel anxious
