Nice review. Have not seen them on the shelves yet here in Southern California, but do have one on order for 50 bucks. I guess it is basically 8 year WT 101. Love all things WT, so looking forward to trying it.
Purchased it a couple of days ago, had the first pour while watching the video. We're definitely on the same page with this one. Paid $45 for mine, A price point I was good with.
I agree with you. It is definitely worth $50. I am now playing with the Russell’s Reserve 10 Laser code LL/ME theory posted by rare bird 101. Have you read about it?
I picked up a LL/ME17, which is probably the best RR10 I’ve had. From what I understand the ME20 is the one to get. On the hunt so I can do a comparison 🦃🥃
Nice review Ben! Happy to hear they are in Minnesota. I'll pick up a couple if/when I find them. Probably after the initial hype has gone down a bit. Regular 101 is my 'go to' so this is a no brainer. Cheers!
I love it. It's really good. I bought 3. Gave one to my brother-in-law. I wish I bought more. I love rare bread but I think this one is really good. I would have this daily and would buy it if I'm out.
There's supposed to be enough of this so everyone should be able to get it. Yeah right, that happens on the 5th of Never. It's on the secondary for twice that cost and those extra five cases you mentioned were redirected to more important retailers by the distributor, that is how it works.
I really like it, it's well rounded and more refined Turkey traits, in fact I backed it up.....despite what the clerk holding a bottle of Walcott said about it.....whatta goof.
I grew up on 101. I think the nose on the 70's better and the overall flavor is a little more complex. I don't think it's worth twice the price of 101 by a long shot.
Bought 2 🥃😋💯

Found it for a better price at Costco, 39.99.
I find this to be smoother than Rare Breed, and longer finish. IMHO

Great price!

I haven't

I think the 17 is also likely to have the same juice

I hope you find it!

Rear bread. 😅
@@Watchman999 lol fixed.

Unfortunately, yes.
Nice review! I don't need another bottle on my shelf at that level. It sounds good but I have o much that I would never grab a pour of it.
Great review! I just got one to review on my channel in NJ. They are not in PA yet. I love the Wild Turkey at a wildly good price.
I'll check out the review!
If I can find it I’ll get two just a cool bottle to have. I'm a big WT fan boy so one to drink one to sit on the bar for awhile.

Cheers!!!
A label for a regular 8 yr WT 101 just recently dropped on the TTB!
Had a sample of it and I really like it - hoping to score a bottle soon. Cheers!
Good luck, Tom! Cheers!

Got it in TN for 49.99, I felt it was very similar to 101 but a bit more viscous and deeper flavors
Great video
Nice review Ben. Was lucky to find several bottles of it. Gave a few away as gifts and have 3 backups for me. 🥃
Got several stashed away, took me forever to find it though 🤔😖 Good Stuff 👍 😉🥃
Been searching around, haven't seen this yet. You always seem to get the new releases in your area before I see them in mine. Cheers!
Happy Halloween to you as well
