What l took way from this is: To give myself credit for good intentions. And do the people l most associate with have what l want? Do they live the life l want to live? Evaluate my associations

I've been watching some human trafficking videos on youtube and I saw that in many cases the victims were saved but after a while they were going back to their traffickers who beat and molested them. I didn't understand why, but then I remembered Ed talking about identity and how it governs our lives, those people just didn't change... Our identity really conditions our lives, its so powerful, thanks for raising awareness

Just confirmed so many things in my life. As a man of faith I love it when men and women are unashamed of their faith in business and life. I'm currently in my hometown of New Orleans as we buried my 44 year old brother-in-law yesterday. I have all of my kids with my wife and I for the 9 hour road trip so we will listen to this and discuss it in the car. We all seem to be at a pivotal season of change and I want us all to elevate out lives with a heightened sense of identity. This was gold 👊🏾💓🚀

This has added to my mindset shift. 🧠🙏 Today, I refuse to operate/function at a “temperature” that’s not at my highest level of myself, or/and that I’m capable of. The “cool down,” or “heat up” makes a lot of sense when I look back at my life, and times in it. 🤔 And like the thermostat in my home; I control how hot and cold it gets in my life. Much like politics, I've seen so much hypocrisy and even criminal behaviour from religion, that I've chosen to actively distance myself. In turn, however, I have also distanced from my relationship with God. But tonight, you remind me that Faith is internal not external, and I've let my "thermostat" needlessly run cold, by letting the external factors (i.e. these institutions and their misguidedand/or selfish representatives) in, as opposed to clearly, and intentionally, focusing on what is already (and always has been) in me and part of my essence and source being. I remember seeing one of your videos about 2 years ago “how to go from no running water to living at a beachfront” … it helped me a lot as I am much better financially & emotionally today. This new video today is just a quick reminder that I don’t have to wait for some things to start feeling like a different person.
Even those people we see as "perfect" all have things in their lives that we wouldn't want, that's not a reason to not be around someone. Two people could be broke as hell but are a great example of having a loving relationship. Someone may be a multi-millionaire but be obese and unhealthy. Someone may be socially isolated but is the epitome of health and wellness. There's something to learn from all types of people.

Absolutely correct on who your around makes a big difference. I relate to when I was young and gave up smoking. I cut ties with certain individuals that constantly smoked. It made it easier to stay quit . At 32 years later, I know I made the right decision.
I've always had the belief to smash the accelerator down in anything I do. Going from a failure in High school to a successful career in the Marine Corps, I have always been frustrated with those who tell me to slow down or wait. As I look back on my journey of life, my failures are far outweighed by the successes and if I hadn't smashed the accelerator or even pulled the rip cord, I would have no chance in landing where I have. I’ve been listening to you Ed for years. I’ve been battling failure after failure and I’ve been trying to hold on to get through the day. Your videos have been so inspirational and today was a line in the sand for me and I can’t handle it anymore. Everything I try it’s nothing good enough, when my business failed it caused a lot of problems with my wife and me. I was down but I went got a job. But it was still down hill, it just keeps going and going. I am at a point where I want to pull the plug and be done with this misery. I don’t know what to do and I feel cornered. Maybe this is. It the appropriate place to say all this but I got no other place. So it is what it is.

But if only we dared to imagine the length, breadth, depth, height beyond 4 dimensions of Christ Yeshua's holy love for us and His intention for us to rule over the world that is to come, we would all be training hard for it now, requesting which governmental departments we would like to audition for/take office in, and producing fruit to show the King when He returns asking what we did with them talents He gave us as capital. Cultural collateral damage had me putting my efforts into external areas. Encouraging by financial gain of employment the time and attention placed into improving upon many external components. Had me feel uncomfortable having to talk about areas of weaknesses I need to improve upon. Culturally for some seeking help in a vulnerable moment cost us our good nature. The threat of being taken advantage of is apparent. Has cost innocent children to be mishandled. The environment in which you make your content available is safe. Thanks, Ed. I’m in an identity struggle with stepping into my purpose. I spent the last 12 years rebuilding. The last 3 years all my extra time outside my business was creating the avenue for my purpose. All this time it’s .., when this, when that. As of Friday, literally every when has been checked off in God’s miraculous ways. I sit here on my couch under a fur blanket paralyzed thinking about stepping into my purpose knowing all the tools have been provided.

Two people could be broke as hell but are a great example of having a loving relationship. Someone may be a multi-millionaire but be obese and unhealthy. Someone may be socially isolated but is the epitome of health and wellness. There's something to learn from all types of people.

Absolutely correct on who your around makes a big difference. I relate to when I was young and gave up smoking. I cut ties with certain individuals that constantly smoked. It made it easier to stay quit . At 32 years later, I know I made the right decision.
I've always had the belief to smash the accelerator down in anything I do. Going from a failure in High school to a successful career in the Marine Corps, I have always been frustrated with those who tell me to slow down or wait. As I look back on my journey of life, my failures are far outweighed by the successes and if I hadn't smashed the accelerator or even pulled the rip cord, I would have no chance in landing where I have. Take the risk, smash the accelerator and kick your glass ceiling out!! It's totally worth it! Thanks for the inspiration Ed. Can't wait to have that coffee with you in Laguna Beach brother..
I stopped watching you for a while and I remember that you made a video about this before. I got soooo caught up in my business and always told myself that I will be happy when I got my goals. I’ve been listening to you Ed for years. I’ve been battling failure after failure and I’ve been trying to hold on to get through the day. Your videos have been so inspirational and today was a line in the sand for me and I can’t handle it anymore. Everything I try it’s nothing good enough, when my business failed it caused a lot of problems with my wife and me. I was down but I went got a job. But it was still down hill, it just keeps going and going. I am at a point where I want to pull the plug and be done with this misery. I don’t know what to do and I feel cornered. Maybe this is. It the appropriate place to say all this but I got no other place. So it is what it is.

For me that really made sense and it's what I've always believed, but just never heard anyone successful in business say something like that. But if only we dared to imagine the length, breadth, depth, height beyond 4 dimensions of Christ Yeshua's holy love for us and His intention for us to rule over the world that is to come, we would all be training hard for it now, requesting which governmental departments we would like to audition for/take office in, and producing fruit to show the King when He returns asking what we did with them talents He gave us as capital. Faith, intention, association
Thanks, Ed. I’m in an identity struggle with stepping into my purpose. I spent the last 12 years rebuilding. The last 3 years all my extra time outside my business was creating the avenue for my purpose.
All this time it’s .., when this, when that. As of Friday, literally every when has been checked off in God’s miraculous ways.
I sit here on my couch under a fur blanket paralyzed thinking about stepping into my purpose knowing all the tools have been provided.

We can BS other people, but we can’t BS ourselves during self talk and responding to ourselves that we are deserving because we have good intentions gives us a legitimate answer to ourself.
