Good evening sir. Those leaf springs looks awfully close to the exhaust, they will hit the exhaust when driving for sure. Sweet looking car. There is a 1971 Camaro 396 SS in my garage waiting for the snow here in Sweden to F off.
Understand with butternut I have full 3" to wrestle in too, just had the magnaflows hangin' pre axle meanwhile. With the 69 Camaro looks like the steering box will get cooked by the header, maybe sneak some thermowrap in between?

Which one? I am currently putting big blocks in this car, a 69 camaro copo clone and a 70 el camino. And possibly the 65 belair will get a 65 dated 396
@jbplays7302 ok stay tuned I may do a video describing what I'm going to do to the 427. I'm waiting on the 396 and as soon as it's done I will get it machined. Then hopefully paint
