1973 Big Block Camaro Drag Car For Sale

1973 Camaro Drag Car/Street Strip Car (or could be a Pro Touring car with a cage). Has 8 point chromoly cage. Car is running but needs some finishing. Was a mid 10 second car (with previous owners 454 on nitrous) and built for Hot Rod Pump Gas Drags. Came from Memphis, TN. No rust. Dad was building this for Stock Eliminator with a 330HP 396/402. We put this 454HO in to get it running after Dad passed because it was a motor we had that was complete and ready to go. Honestly it's a great all forged bottom end hydraulic roller pump gas street motor that would get even better with a bigger cam or heads/cam package or could also take some mild boost or nitrous and really rip.

New Cortez silver paint. Blacked out SS tail light area. Shorter SS (non Z/28) spoiler.
New suspension bushings. Competition Engineeering drag shocks.
Brand new Big Block Chevy 454 HO Crate Engine. Gen VI, Rec Port, Hydraulic roller cam. GM Musclecar pan. New 850 Holley on LS6 intake (only manifold that fits under stock hood). Low compression pump gas modern hydraulic roller LS6 438 HP & 500lbs/ft torque

Dual 3" exhaust with Dr. Gas X-Pipe and SpinTech mufflers.
TH400 with manual valve body, 3400 stall converter, Hurst Quarter Stick shifter
12 bolt with 3.73 Gears, posi, and Caltracs
Have new carpet and trim pieces, plus mirrors and extra parts.
Can paint dash black and put windshield back in before it goes out the door
Asking $25K in current state. Will likely be $35K once finished.
Could remove engine/transmission, exhaust, suspension, wheels, and sell as a roller for $15K with basic roller wheels. Would require a $5K deposit before removing engine/trans and converting to roller.
