HOW TO RIM LIKE A PRO | The art of cocktail rimming

We are unsure of when rimming cocktails became a thing. It is something that has just been in the cocktail scene. Whether it's a full rim or half rim, a salty one or sugar one; the rimmed cocktail is here to stay.
The Pump Room gets it's hands on a rimmer typically found at any pub. This cheap plastic contraption seems to gather dust on the back bar but does it actual provide a good rim?

The Pump Room is a homemade bar built by the unique and unusual Cressy. She is known throughout the London and UK cocktail scene but with bars closed during the 2020 Lockdown there was no where to go. No where to pour drinks, connect with customers and rock out on the bar top to Britney & KISS.
So the Pump Room Bar was born to recreate a familiar space during these strange times. Set up in an actual pump room. This bar was made with zero budget, very little time but had huge goals and a lot of ambition. Follow Cressy and Ali as they journey into the great unknown; RUclips.
A weekly cocktail show that hopes to educate and discuss the current cocktail scene. Showing classic recipes and twists on new ones.
