Sir ask lang po paano po ba mag adjust ng air and fuel mixture kasi hindi maganda ang combustion mausok sya hindi sya ung flame na yellow talaga aalborg din boiler namin wala kasi sa monitor ung sa amin hindi gaya ng sa inyo dyan salamat po.
Ang isang sign sir ay pag masyadong orange ung flame ay sobra sa fuel.. at pag masyadong light yellow naman ay sobra s air.. pwede ka sir mag adjuat manually. Sa HMI panel ay dahan dahanin mo babaan ung oil servo.
sir, yung aalborg ko dito palagi flame failure kpag vlsfo at biofuel ang gamit pero kpag diesel wala nman problema..ano po ba ang tamang air/fuel ratio nya para hndi sya mag flame failure?salamat.
pwede mo check sa boiler commision data na nasa manual kung ano air/fuel ration ng boiler nyo. Pwede mo din i try na. babaan muna yung air ratio during firing sequence. Compare mo din ung oil pressure kapag naka.diesel at pag naka vlsfo. madami kasing factor kung bakit sya mag flame failure.
Sir 4E po ako, ang problem ko is pag sama ko sa barko boiler namin yong adjustment ng air servo at oil servo namin is mali, kaya mas mataas palagi ng 20% ang air sa oil, paano I calibrate ulit para maitama sir? Aalborg din boiler namin.
