I’m sure his experience should give the gigantic and promising young man multiple valuable coaching lessons.

Bolt broke the World Record for 100 meters and he is tall and the reason is because he was Determined and focused and trained very hard to Achieve his Dreams. There will always be key moments in crunch time where you might want a guy like that in the paint on defense, or to line up to rebound a missed FT. He can sit at the end of the bench the rest of the game and still be useful to the team.
