His problem is he plays like a Tall person . My advice is to do circuit training and learn how to play like a 6.3 player because he is so tall he is not making a effort to jump and lazy. If he doesn’t jump high and move fast and with training it’s because he’s not hungry enough and I will not hire him to play for my team. Bolt broke the World Record for 100 meters and he is tall and the reason is because he was Determined and focused and trained very hard to Achieve his Dreams. He needs to extend his arms up high! He needs shoulder drill. He needs distant hook shots. He needs turn around jumpers. He needs lateral movements or sideward movements. He needs to bump a lot. He needs a lot of training in the gym or else that height will be nothing. All you coaches are just full of mouth! I hate it!
If he ever makes it to the NBA, he'll be nothing more than a bench warmer. Sorry, but he doesn't have the athleticism. The kid can't jump and barely run. It doesn't matter how tall he's. He still needs to jump or smaller playes will jump over him and grab the ball.
There will always be key moments in crunch time where you might want a guy like that in the paint on defense, or to line up to rebound a missed FT. He can sit at the end of the bench the rest of the game and still be useful to the team.
